Karine Vanasse (born 24 November 1983) is a French Canadian actress, who had roles in the films Polytechnique, Séraphin: Heart of Stone, Switch and Emporte-moi. Internationally she is best known for her roles as Colette Valois in Pan Am and Margaux LeMarchal in Revenge, both U.S. television series.


Vanasse's partner since 2006 is Quebec businessman Maxime Rémillard.

In the future, robots known as Sentinels are exterminating mutants and their human allies. Following the assassination, Mystique was captured, and her DNA was used by Trask's company to improve the Sentinels, whose ability to adapt to any mutant power makes them almost invincible.
