Kazumi Tanaka (田中 和実, Tanaka Kazumi, August 11, 1951 – December 20, 2007) was a Japanese voice actor from Suginami, Tokyo, Japan. He was the younger brother of Ryouichi Tanaka and was affiliated with Aoni Production at the time of his death. He was best known for his roles in Dragon Ball Z (as Jeice), Braiger (as Khamen Khamen) and Zawazawamori no Ganko-chan (as Banban and Scope Sensei). He also served as the narrator for the NTV show The Wide

On December 20, 2007, Kazumi died from cor pulmonale at the age of 56.

Elmer Herbert, un jeune garçon qui vit dans un petit village côtier, rencontre un chat errant qui prétend être un grand explorateur. Ce dernier lui raconte alors son voyage sur "l'Ile Sauvage" où un jeune dragon est retenu en captivité par de féroces animaux. Le Chat Errant vient chercher de l'aide pour sauver le dragon. The short follows Sachi (Hideko Yoshida/Cheryl Chase), a girl locked in a game of hide-and-seek with her cat Cicerone. Her search leads her to an old longcase clock which doubles as a doorway to a labyrinth world. The world is filled with supernatural oddities and characters, such as cardboard working class citizens, an invisible dog, a skeleton-led train and a weird circus. Eventually, Sachi and Cicerone arrive at a circus tent where a viewing screen is displayed, leading to the following segments.

On 16 July 1988, an orb of light destroys Tokyo and World War III begins. Thirty-one years later, in the city of Neo-Tokyo, Shotaro Kaneda has his bōsōzoku gang, the Capsules, battle their rival gang, the Clowns. Twelve-year-old Goku seeks out Master Roshi to ask to be accepted as a student, while the little monk, Krillin, arrives for the same reason (and uses a porno magazine as a bribe). Roshi sends them on a quest far to the west, where "five mountains stand, called the 'Devil's Hand'." Inside a castle, there lies the legendary, and beautiful, "Sleeping Princess." Whoever brings back the Sleeping Princess will become Master Roshi's student. The two boys set out, and Krillin uses all the standard tricks to trip Goku up.
