Kenichi Suzumura (鈴村 健一, Suzumura Ken'ichi, born September 12, 1974) is a Japanese voice actor and singer who was raised in Osaka Prefecture. He voiced Morley in Macross 7, Hikaru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club, Momotaro Mikoshiba in Free!, Shinn Asuka in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, Leo Stenbuck in Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner, Sōgo Okita in Gin Tama, Lavi in D.Gray-man, and Ryutaros in Kamen Rider Den-O. He is called Suzu and Muraken by Soichiro Hoshi and his fans and Suzuken by other voice actors and fans. He is part of the group Nazo no Shin Unit Starmen (謎の新ユニットSTA☆MEN) with Junichi Suwabe, Daisuke Kishio, Hiroki Takahashi, Hiroyuki Yoshino, Makoto Yasumura, and Kosuke Toriumi. He is married to fellow voice actress Maaya Sakamoto.

The film opens with Zawame City ravaged by a fight between the Heisei Riders and the Shōwa Riders, before going back in time to the week before, when workers from the Yggdrasill Corporation are dragged by an unknown force to underground. Upon hearing rumors about it, Kouta Kazuraba investigates the area with his friend Mai Takatsukasa, just to fall into a hole as well and find themselves in an underground, alternate version of the city. The two find a boy called Shu, who has the power to revert things and is certain that he has something important to do, but he does not remember what it is. Kouta and Mai then bring the boy to the surface and Takeshi Hongo appears demanding them to hand him over, when soldiers from the Underground Badan Empire appear to kidnap him as well and Takeshi transforms into Kamen Rider 1 to allow Kouta, Mai, and Shu to escape. Badan then launches an attack on the surface, and Armored Riders Baron, Ryugen, and Zangetsu Shin appear to fight back alongside Kouta, who transforms into Armored Rider Gaim as well to protect his friends. However, Gaim is attacked by Kamen Rider Fifteen, who is also seeking the boy and also possesses a Lockseed that allows him to transform into the Rider Arms of the 15 Heisei Riders, and when Kamen Riders 1, 2, and V3 appear to fight him, Shu uses his powers to escape with Gaim and Mai.

While working in a cinema, Gintoki comes upon a "movie thief" (a figure in Japanese culture often depicted as a man with a video camera as a head, stand in as someone who illegally film in cinemas). After scolding the movie thief for his actions, he finds himself warped into another world via the camera lens. In this world, 5 years have passed, and not only has the land of Edo changed into an apocalyptic wasteland, but it is stated Gintoki has died. The movie thief, or Time Thief the time machine, explains mankind is close to extinction, and gives Gintoki an item to disguise himself. After the Time Thief is damaged by criminals, Gintoki encounters his freelancer comrades: Shinpachi Shimura, who has turned into a cool samurai with no trace of tsukkomi, and Kagura, who has changed into a beautiful woman with no Chinese speech pattern. The future's Gintoki is assumed to have died as a result of the "White Curse." Kagura and Shinpachi have been trying to deal with their leader's disappearance and Gintoki, disguised thanks to the Time Thief, tries to help them overcome their sadness.

On April 1, 2011, Kamen Rider OOO finds himself battling three Mole Imagin, unaware they are Imagin until Ankh arrives to confirm that the monsters are not Yummies. The three Imagin see a boy and jump into him to escape into time before the DenLiner suddenly appears. Kotaro Nogami and Teddy emerge from the train to pinpoint the Mole Imagin's destination to be November 11, 1971, confused on how the boy's memories exceed that far in time. When Ankh demands answers, Teddy explains who he and Eiji Hino are to Kotaro, who then introduces himself while explaining their mission to deal with the rogue Imagin who would disrupt the flow of time. Ankh has Eiji join him in getting on the DenLiner as it goes back in time, warned by the DenLiner's Owner to stay on the train so not to disrupt time.

During a night, the Joi terrorist Kotaro Katsura is attacked by an assassin swordsman. Katsura's comrade, Elizabeth, goes to the freelancer trio Yorozuya requesting them help in finding Katsura. While Shinpachi Shimura and Kagura go to search for Katsura, Gintoki Sakata receives a request to find the assassin by the swordsmith Murata Tetsuya to retrieve the mechanical sword Benizakura which has been taken by a serial murderer. Shinpachi and Elizabeth are ambushed by the assassin Nizo Okada who claims having killed Katsura. Gintoki comes to protect Shinpachi and Elizabeth but he is overwhelmed by Okada and his sword Benizakura. Before being killed, Gintoki works with Shinpachi to take one of Okada's arm and force him to escape.

Seeing Yuto leaving the scene makes it more confusing as M-Ryotaro loses him before Urataros calls that the DenLiner stopped thanks to the manual brakes.

The Hikari Studio arrives in a new A.R. World where, after seeing that Tsukasa's photos of this world are coming out perfectly, Natsumi realizes they may be in Tsukasa's home world. Finding the manor, Tsukasa opens the door as he Natsumi and Yuusuke meet a girl named Sayo,who identifies Tsukasa as her older brother. As Sayo learns that Tsukasa lost his memories, revealing how he left her a year ago, her caretaker Nobuhiko Tsukikage arrives and confronts him about leaving his sister alone for so long. But when the Nine Worlds fusion starts to influence the World of Decade, Tsukikage reveals that Tsukasa's journey has now enabled a solution to the crisis by determining the strongest Kamen Rider in existence: The Rider Battle. When his memories return, Tsukasa gives Tsukikage the clearance to make it happen. Three days later, after numerous matches, it comes down to a 6-man tag team match between the team of Decade, Kuuga, and Diend vs. V3, BLACK, and Super-1. With Diend running off and Kuuga wounded, Decade is forced to defeat all three on his own. Upon victory, a castle emerges from the stadium with Yusuke and Natsumi finding themselves in the throne room surrounded by various monsters as they are welcomed to Dai-Shocker before Eijiro appears as he suddenly reveals himself to be Doctor Shinigami, toasting to their leader's return: Tsukasa. Revealing all of their actions were to ensure Dai-Shocker would achieve its goal of dominion of all the saved worlds, Tsukasa sends the horrified Natsumi and Yusuke into the sewers.

Set after Oblivion Recorder, a new spate of ferocious murders has caught the eye of both Shiki and Daisuke, Mikiya’s cousin who investigated the murders before. Shiki wanders the back alleys of the business district, searching for the murderer and avoiding attacks by local thugs while Mikiya becomes more and more wor­ried about her, beginning his own investigation that takes him down a path populated by drug pushers and prostitutes. Flashback to the second movie, Mikiya is about to get killed by SHIKI but Soren Araya intervenes. SHIKI responds to this attacking Soren but only wounding him with a head cut. Araya says who really she was and the punishment she had done to him is to meet at the spiral of conflict (Fujino, Fujo, Shirazumi). SHIKI teriffied ran away and Mikiya follows. Mikiya caught her and makes a brief talk. SHIKI said something and again runs into the road to commit suicide by an incoming car. Mikiya runs to save her but is too late. Present time...the per­petrator, Lio Shirazumi, finds Shiki first but loses an arm in the resulting scuffle; retreating, he dis­covers Mikiya in his apartment which has become a madman’s shrine to Shiki. Shiki finds Lio's hideout and Lio was waiting for her. Shiki and Lio battled with knives until Shiki got the upper hand. Shiki is about to kill Lio when suddenly her memories came back due to Kurogiri's magic. Due to that pause, she was captured and tortured by Lio, still struggling with murderous urges, her salvation relies on Mikiya who may fall to Lio’s uncontrollable cravings. Shiki remembers what SHIKI said at the second film. SHIKI's reason for committing suicide was to protect SHIKI's and Shiki's of having a normal life with Mikiya. Also Shiki remembers her grandfather's last words to her that she could kill at least once in order to die as a human. In contrast, his grandfather killed so many people and killing him or himself makes him inhuman so he meet his end in a dark void. Mikiya comes to the scene however cannot go in the building because the front door was locked. He decides to get through by breaking one of the windows. He got in but was ambushed and clubbed by Lio. Lio begins to torture Mikiya by crushing his left leg and talks with Mikiya. He told Mikiya that Araya bestows to him the abandoned building filled with marijuana plants. He poisons Mikiya by him forcing to swallow a lethal dose of an illegal drug, that gives Mikiya a slow death. He gives Mikiya a chance to live by giving him a Bloodchip, a drug that would cause him to lose sanity after a few doses. Mikiya refuses Lio twice and he told him that he himself enjoyed being normal while he was weirdo for he was not fit being a serial manic. In other words, he was a complete opposite of Shiki. In a fit of anger, Lio slices through his left eye and Mikiya faints out. Lio leaves Mikiya dying and resumes torturing Shiki. Unfortunately, Shiki was able to get herself out by cutting her left thumb and begin to leave Lio. But Lio announces that Mikiya is right here. Realizing Mikiya died, Shiki turns back and decides to have a showdown against Lio. While being attacked and injured, Shiki thinks about Mikiya and her dreamy days with him. Then, she snaps back and uses her 'Mystic Eyes of Death Perception' skill, cutting Lio into pieces. Meanwhile, Mikiya survives and crawls until finds Shiki lying on the floor. Shiki was guilty of her sin and felt she would lose everything. Mikiya answered that he does not care and he said "I'll bear your sins in my place." (lines from movie3). He through himself from the day first Shiki smiled (movie 3) he will be always on her side forever. He ironically said the committed sin was wrong but it can't be prevented and he would not forgive her with no excuse. Then he picked up wounded Shiki in his arms and gave her a hug and said "Shiki, I won't let you go." Shiki cries joyfully and Mikiya hugs tight.
