Kenn Troum, also known as Kenn Scott, is an American actor, screenwriter and director.
Kenneth Scott Troum was born in New York and presently lives in Los Angeles. A martial artist and former stuntman, he is most well known as an actor. His most noteworthy credit is his portrayal of Raphael in the hit film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, under his real name Kenn Troum.
He subsequently changed his stage name to Kenn Scott, and broadened his experience to working in action cinema both in front of and behind the camera. As "Kenn Scott", he had starring roles in the direct-to-video action-adventure films Showdown, Star Hunter, and Sworn To Justice, and received national press attention for his directorial debut, the short, martial-arts comedy Better Never Than Late as well as the action film, Adventures of Johnny Tao: Rock Around the Dragon.

Ken Marks is the new student at his new school in Phoenix, AZ. There he meets the girl of his dreams named Julie. Unfortunately, she has a boyfriend, Tom, who is not only possessive of her but is also a brutal karate expert and considers himself "King of the Campus". Ken also meets Billy Grant, the school janitor. A young pizza delivery boy named Keno inadvertently encounters burglars on his route and tries to stop them. Seeing him as a witness, the burglars attack Keno, who proves to be an expert martial artist, but he is soon overwhelmed before the arrival of the Ninja Turtles. They vanish after rescuing Keno, taking the pizza he was delivering and leaving money to pay for it.

Johnny Dow struggles to make a living at his small town gas station by charging motorists to see the electric guitar used by his late father, who was a one-hit-rock and roll wonder. Legend has it the guitar was carved in the shape of a dragon's head and made in part from an ancient spear his father found in the crater of a shooting star. When Johnny's friend Eddie stumbles upon the other half of the spear he releases an ancient demon hungry for power and destruction. Mika, a beautiful Chinese warrior who holds the secret to fighting Eddie and his army of kung-fu, sugar-craving warriors reveals to Johnny that the only way to stop the evil spirit is to use the first half of the spear - the dragon on Johnny's guitar! Together Johnny and Mika set out to fight Eddie and his army, reunite the two halves of the spear, restore peace to the town and - of course - save the world!
