Kevin James O'Connor (born November 15, 1963) is an American actor.

O'Connor is known for portraying character roles in major studio films such as There Will Be Blood, The Mummy, Clive Barker's Lord of Illusions, F/X2 and Van Helsing. He is a favorite of writer/director Stephen Sommers, who usually casts him in his films.

Biography

Carrière
O'Connor s'est formé à la Goodman School of Drama et à la DePaul University. Il obtient son premier rôle au cinéma à l'âge de 23 ans dans le film de 1986; Peggy Sue s'est mariée, de Francis Ford Coppola, aux côtés de jeunes débutants, aujourd'hui célèbres, tels Nicolas Cage ou Jim Carrey. Durant les années 1980, Kevin J. O'Connor ne joue que dans des films quasiment méconnus du grand public. Il a notamment tenu le rôle principal du film Candy Mountain et a incarné Ernest Hemingway dans The Moderns, d'Alan Rudolph. Mais par la suite il se "spécialise" dans les films d'action et d'aventure. Il est apparu brièvement dans le film Amistad, de Steven Spielberg et a joué maintes fois sous la direction de Stephen Sommers (Un cri dans l'océan, La momie, Van Helsing et G.I. Joe).

Chicago. Un jour, elle découvre le carnet d'Henry contenant un plan détaillé d'un braquage pour un butin de cinq millions de dollars. Afin de mener à bien le plan pour rembourser de la dette, Veronica prend contact avec Alice, Linda et Amanda, les trois veuves des complices de son défunt mari pour l'assister. Seuls Alice et Linda viennent au lieu de rendez-vous. Alors qu'elle est chez Amanda pour lui parler, Veronica découvre le flacon d'un parfum qu'elle a offert à Henry et conclut qu'il a une liaison avec Amanda et qu'il est le père du nouveau-né de la jeune femme. In the near future, weapons master James McCullen (Christopher Eccleston) has created a nanotech-based weapon - nanomites designed to devour metal and other materials, capable of destroying anything from tanks to cities. The nanobots can only be stopped by activating the kill switch. His company M.A.R.S. (Military Armaments Research Syndicate) sells four warheads to NATO, and NATO troops led by American soldiers Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) are tasked with delivering the warheads. Their convoy is ambushed by the Baroness (Sienna Miller), whom Duke recognizes to be his ex-fiancee Ana Lewis. Duke and Ripcord are rescued by Scarlett (Rachel Nichols), Snake Eyes (Ray Park), Breaker (Saïd Taghmaoui) and Heavy Duty (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). They take the warheads to The Pit, G.I. Joe's command center in Egypt, and upon arriving rendezvous with the head of the G.I. Joe Team, General Hawk (Dennis Quaid). The virus is a variant of the virus malaria created by three scientists. They discovered and manufactured the virus with the intent of turning it into a biological weapon. Their goal was to produce soldiers who could continue fighting, even while mortally wounded. The virus is transmitted through bodily fluids.
