Kristina Klebe (born June 18, 1979) is an American actress.

Born in New York City on June 18, 1979,≈ Kristina Klebe (pronounced "Kleeb") spent much time overseas with her family in Germany, France and Italy. With an ability to speak all of the above languages due to her European heritage, she jokes she sometimes can't decide whether she feels more European or more like a New Yorker. Kristina went to high school in New York City and graduated from Dartmouth College cum laude with a major in Politics and a minor in Theater/Film. She gave up being a competitive equestrian for a more complete immersion in theater in her teens. Kristina attended the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Waterford, CT and attended the prestigious NYU Grad Film Program at Tisch School of the Arts in NYC.

Her acting career began on several noteworthy off- Broadway stages. Ranging from characters such as Juliet in "Romeo & Juliet," Beatrice in "The Servant of Two Masters," Dorimene in "The Bourgeois Gentleman," Mary in "On The Verge," and Jill in "The Big Funk," she has worked at Soho Rep, The Public Theater, NY Theater Workshop, 59E59, The Jean Cocteau Repertory and the Underwood Theater in NYC. Her first foray into acting, however, was when she was 7 and she and her best friend would write musical sketches and perform them for an admiring parental audience.

Although Klebe cherishes the art of acting as her true passion, she also freelances as a videographer and is working on her own documentary. She is also currently attending the highly esteemed Grad Film Program at NYU. She is the co-creator of the web series "FRICK" which has been getting great buzz from tastemakers in that emerging medium. On the side, she has been working with a charity called French-American Aid for Children for over 10 years while also acting as a volunteer and foster parent at Best Friends Animal Society and Much Love Animal Rescue. Her other hobbies include horseback riding, diving (she is a rescue diver), writing poetry, traveling, and listening to music.

The film opens on a train conducted by Lucifer carrying condemned souls back to Heaven. As they near, the damned begin to involuntarily sing hymns and Ms. Merrywood finds a horseshoe-shaped pendant (Shovel and Bone). In Heaven, God discusses the crisis with his favorite angel, The Agent, as Ms. Merrywood is interrogated by the sadistic Translators about her presence and the pendant. In Hell, Ticket Keeper comes to Lucifer with his misgivings about the carnies' lack of discipline and Lucifer's reticence to discuss his plans, but Lucifer dismisses him on the entrance of a cloaked figure. We went through several versions of the style, or the approach, that we were going to take. At first, we did a kind of goofy, Napoleon Dynamite sort of thing which didn't really work out. It sort of highlighted the wrong aspects of the film. Then there was another direction we went, which was a retro Italian superhero film, kind of a Barbarella direction. I really enjoyed making that music, but it didn't ground the film and it lacked gravity. Despite how silly the film is and how kind of comedic it is, it needed a certain seriousness to sort of propel the more important aspects of the narrative – you know, the parents having been killed by this bad guy and the superhero avenging the murder of his parents. It needed some grounding. That was when we sort of went with the third direction, which was kind of a straight-up action hero style– a serious, orchestrated superhero score.
