Kuranosuke Sasaki (佐々木蔵之介, Sasaki Kuranosuke, born February 4, 1968) (real name Hideaki Sasaki (佐々木秀明 Sasaki Hideaki)) is a Japanese actor, known primary for his roles in Japanese television drama.
He later extended the range of activities on TV dramas and movies, and has played important roles on many works in Japan. He made his film debut starring in "Mamiya Kyōdai" in 2006, and his TV series debut starring in "Gira Gira" in 2008.

Biography
He was born into a family of a sake brewery in Kyoto, Japan. After graduating from Kobe University and resigning from an advertising agency,he played an active part in a Japanese theatrical group called "Planet Pistachio," as a stage actor, from 1990 to 1998.He later extended the range of activities on TV dramas and movies, and has played important roles on many works in Japan. He made his film debut starring in "Mamiya Kyōdai" in 2006, and his TV series debut starring in "Gira Gira" in 2008.

Tokuro Akamatsu (Tomoya Nagase) dirige une entreprise de transport dont l'un des camions est un jour impliqué dans un accident. Un pneu s'en est détaché et a tué des passagers d'une autre voiture. Sous le règne du huitième shogunat des Tokugawa, le domaine de Yunagaya, dans la région de Tohoku, est un petit fief dont le daimyo est Masaatsu Naito. Le daimyo reçoit l'ordre d'exécuter le Sankin-kotai dans les 5 jours . Le Sankin-kotai est une coutume qui exige que le daimyo du fief rende hommage au shogun à Edo sous peine de represailles. Malheureusement, le temps nécessaire à Masaatsu Naito pour faire le trajet est de 8 jours. Cet ordre est émis parce qu'un haut fonctionnaire du gouvernement veut s'accaparer la mine d'or présente sur le fief. De plus, les dépenses pour Sankin-kotai sont élevées et le domaine est si petit qu'il semble impossible à compléter. Néanmoins, Masaatsu Naito commence une opération inattendue pour achever Sankin-kotai en 5 jours.

Summer Time Machine Blues is based around a group of friends in a science-fiction club who spend their days fooling around at the clubhouse. The boys play a game of baseball as their friend Yui Ito takes pictures of them nearby. After the game, the boys return to the clubhouse and head off to the bathhouse leaving the girls, Yui and Haruka to develop their pictures. While they bathe, Niimi gets angry because he thinks someone stole his Vidal Sassoon shampoo. On their way back, Takuma decides to sneak off to buy tickets at the theater for a sci-fi B movie. He hopes that he can ask Haruka out. Haruka says that she does not want to go out with him since he apparently has a girlfriend, but Takuma has no idea what she is talking about. But when he returns to the clubhouse, his friends act very strangely as to where he has been. They make him explain what happened, but through a series of chain events, Daigo accidentally spills Coke all over the air-conditioner remote control after being hit in the face. Everyone rushes to try to clean the remote off, but it's too late. The remote is broken and they cannot turn on the air-conditioner. This immediately becomes a problem as the day becomes hotter.

The movie takes place again in the fictional Wangan Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in the five years since the previous movie, the once empty space within Wangan's jurisdiction (the station was once referred to disparagingly as "the empty space station" by the surrounding jurisdictions) has become a popular tourist attraction, the officers at Wangan Station now have their hands full dealing with all manner of tourist related issues. In a sign of how much has not changed in the last five years, when Detective Sergeant Shunsaku Aoshima and several of other detectives playing the part of terrorists defeat a Special Assault Team unit during a counterterrorism exercise in front of the police brass and the media, all the detectives promptly have their pay docked by headquarters.
