Liane Alexandra Curtis (born July 11, 1965) is an American film and television actress and musician. She has garnered a cult following after such B grade theater and video releases as Critters 2: The Main Course and Girlfriend from Hell as well as smaller roles in higher profile classics such as Sixteen Candles and her feature film debut Baby It's You directed by John Sayles.

Biography

Curtis was born in New York City, New York. Her father, Jack Curtis, was a voice actor, creating such voices as Pops Racer and Inspector Detector for the Japanese anime series Speed Racer in 1967 as well as a director and producer of The Flesh Eaters in 1964. Liane's mother, Paulette Rubinstein, was also an actress as well as screenwriter and song writer and has performed with the likes of Eddie Albert and Julie Andrews.

Liane was married to Timothy J. Mackenzie on March 21, 1999. They have three children.

The movie begins on May 14, also known as Rock 'n' Roll High School day at Ronald Reagan High. The students decide to play a prank on the faculty of the staff, flushing all of the toilets in unison and causing the faulty pipes to burst (yet again), causing for widespread mayhem in the school, as other students leave their classrooms and run rampant down the hall with the perpetrators who organized the entire thing: four members of the band known as The Eradicators.
