Lucy DeCoutere (born September 5, 1970) is an actress best known for her role as the character Lucy in the television series Trailer Park Boys.
DeCoutere grew up as the youngest sibling of four from British and Czech parents. She attended grad school at Concordia University in Montreal and has held various jobs, including as a kindergarten teacher in South Korea, and attended teachers college at Griffith University in Australia.
DeCoutere has performed in The Vagina Monologues. She is a female voice on the computer game Empress of the Deep - The Darkest Secret.
DeCoutere is also a Captain in the Royal Canadian Air Force, presently based in Halifax. Currently, she is a training and development officer.

Following the events of the episode "Say Goodnight to the Bad Guys", Ricky (Robb Wells), Julian (John Paul Tremblay) and Bubbles (Mike Smith) are released from prison. Upon returning to Sunnyvale Trailer Park, Bubbles finds that all of his kittens have been sent to an animal shelter and that he will need to pay thousands of dollars in order to have them released; secondly, Ricky and Julian successfully rob a liquor store, but Julian uses all the money to buy a car and refurbish his trailer into an auto-body shop. Ricky's plan is to pass his Grade 12 exam, which he feels will open doors of opportunity for him.

Julian (John Paul Tremblay) plans to steal money from an automated teller machine (ATM) to make money. He gets his two best friends, Ricky (Robb Wells) and Bubbles (Mike Smith) to help him succeed in the operation and get rich. However, the plan does not go according to plan and they are chased by the police force. Bubbles runs off and is spared by the cops while Ricky and Julian take the arrest and go to jail for an 18 month sentence.
