Lynne Marie Stewart (born December 14, 1946) is an American film and television actress, best known for her performance as Miss Yvonne, the Most Beautiful Woman in Puppet Land. She originated the role in the 1981 stage show The Pee-wee Herman Show and on the CBS television show Pee-wee's Playhouse. She returned to the role in the 2010 Los Angeles stage revival and returned again to play the role in the Broadway production which opened in November 2010 at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.

Stewart was born in Los Angeles, California. She played several different nurses on the television series M*A*S*H. She appeared on an episode of the television series Night Court as Vanna Anders, and played a variety of characters, including Squiggy's two-timing girlfriend Barbara, on Laverne & Shirley. Lynne also got to work with Tracey Ullman in Tracey Ullman in the Trailer Tales for HBO and Tracey Ullman's State of the Union for Showtime.

She has also played roles on Pee-wee's Big Adventure, Big Top Pee-wee, Night Stand with Dick Dietrick and Son of the Beach. She has recently guest-starred on the Disney shows Austin and Ally and Good Luck Charlie in 2011.

Most recently, she appeared in "Raising Hope", "Marvin Marvin", "Comedy Bang Bang", and in the 2011 film Bridesmaids. She also has a recurring role as Charlie's mom on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Lynne Marie Stewart also appeared on a Biography profile of her best friend Cindy Williams. Lynne got to work with her friend in 2011 at the Surflight Theatre, in New Jersey, when she appeared in the female version of The Odd Couple, starring Cindy Williams and Jo Anne Worley.

The film begins in a Los Angeles diner where a waitress named Slim (Jennifer Lopez) works with her best friend, Ginny (Juliette Lewis). She receives romantic advances from a customer who teases her about her name. Another man in the diner, Mitch Hiller (Billy Campbell) reveals that the customer had made a bet that he would be able to convince Slim to sleep with him. Soon after, Slim falls in love with and marries Mitch, and they have a child named Gracie (Tessa Allen). Years later, Slim finds out Mitch has been cheating on her with a woman named Darcelle. She confronts him and he admits it, but also insisting Darcelle means nothing to him. Slim becomes angry and threatens to leave, which enrages Mitch who becomes violent, slapping and punching her in the face. He gives her a warning, saying that he makes the money and gets to do whatever he likes, implying he wants an open marriage. Mitch refuses to stop his affair unless she wants to fight him. The next day, Slim confides in Mitch's mother (Janet Carroll), she asks her what she did to make Mitch angry, implying he has a history of physical abuse. Ginny advises Slim to leave Mitch, but Slim doesn't want to hurt Gracie. She then goes to pick up Gracie from school, only to discover Mitch had already picked her up. Panicked that Mitch might have left town with her, she calls Mitch, who tells her that he took Gracie to the zoo.

After holding a meeting, Pee Wee angrily shouts Dottie down while she is giving suggestions to him and refused to admit he needed help from Dottie while telling her off. Now mad, Pee Wee gives Dottie a furious "I DON'T NEED ANYBODY!" Desperate, Pee-wee visits a psychic, Madam Ruby, who lies to him, claiming that the bike is in the basement of the Alamo.
