Marcos Siega (born June 8, 1969 in New York City, New York) is a film, television, commercial, and music video director. He has also worked as a producer and a musician.
In the late 1980s he helped form the New York based punk band Bad Trip, releasing two full length records and numerous EPs. When he began directing music videos, many bands and musicians noted that Siega's background in rock music was beneficial. He has worked with bands such as Weezer, System of a Down, P.O.D., Papa Roach, Blink-182, The All-American Rejects and many more. His 2000 video for Blink-182's "All the Small Things" garnered him three MTV Video Music Award nominations and he was nominated for a Grammy Award for his Papa Roach video "Broken Home". In 2001 he signed with award winning commercial production company Hungryman Films and made his move into the spot world.
Siega has gone on to direct films and acclaimed television series such as Dexter, True Blood, Cold Case, and Veronica Mars to name but a few. He directed the pilot and co-executive produced The Vampire Diaries and is currently serving as a director and executive producer of the series The Following. Pretty Persuasion, the 2005 film he directed, was nominated for Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival and won the German Independence Award at the Oldenburg International Film Festival.
Siega married Lisa Goldsmith in 2001. They have three children and live in NY.

Frank Allen (Ryan Reynolds) is a professional speaker who lectures on time management. He lives by example: perfectly maximizing his efficiency through scheduling and planning his own life down to the minute. One day when his wife Susan (Emily Mortimer) decides to set the alarm clock back 10 minutes, in hopes of giving her husband an extra ten minutes of time in the morning, she accomplishes the exact opposite. From missing the ferry to arriving late to his lecture on time management, Frank experiences an off day. While driving home, he sees a pregnant woman needing help getting to the hospital and he decides to offer the stranger a lift. At the hospital, Frank is asked to fill out some paper work. Not thinking much about his situation, he puts his own information down and the nurses at the hospital misunderstand and assume he is the father.

Tracy (Trey) Stokes (Cannon) is a 23-year-old undercover cop and goes to the wealthy private Westbury School to figure out the death of a student. He becomes friends with Rob Donovan (Ashmore) and soon figures out that Donovan has been stealing the cars at parties. Near the end, it is revealed that the principal (Bonneville) of the school had been blackmailing Donovan, thus he is the ringmaster of the crimes. The film opens with Brandon (David DeRuiter), Tony (Haven Lamoureux), Brittany (Jessica Landon) and Tiffany (Nicole Cavazos) arriving at the fast food restaurant "Hella Burger". While there, the group are continuously insulted over the intercom system, causing a furious Tony to enter. As he searches, he is attacked by the restaurant's mascot, Horny the Clown. Brandon soon enters, only to find Tony dead in the deep fat fryer before he is attacked and butchered by Horny with a meat cleaver. Horny proceeds outside and murders Brittany and Tiffany.
