Michael David Donovan is a Canadian voice actor who has done voices for many TV shows and anime. He is best known for his voice on the series Conan the Adventurer. He played the lead role of Conan, as well as many others. He is also known for his work on ReBoot for his voices of Phong, Mike the TV, Cecil, and Al.
Michael Donovan has also provided the voice of Wolf Bronski for Exosquad, Sabretooth for X-Men: Evolution, Grey Hulk for The Incredible Hulk and She-Hulk, and Carnage for Spider-Man Unlimited. He provided the voices of Spike the Dog and Droopy on the hit WB series Tom & Jerry Tales. In the present day, Lex Luthor and his Legion of Doom try to use cryogenic rays from orbital satellites to expand the Earth's polar ice caps in the Arctic Ocean, causing a massive drop in sea levels and creating new islands they intend to rule. Superman and the Justice League confront the Legion, dividing their forces to fight the Legion and destroy the satellites. In the ensuing space battle, Robin purposely crashes his spacecraft into the satellite array. Refusing to accept defeat, Captain Cold overloads the remaining satellite, which falls back to Earth and entombs Luthor in an ice sheet shortly before the satellite explodes. The League is triumphant and believes Luthor to be dead.

After years of searching, Max and 'Berto have managed to locate the late Psycho's base. With 'Berto's help, Max manages to sneak into Psycho's base. Once inside, Max finds that Psycho stole the "Imploder": A machine that condenses all surrounding matter into a miniature black hole. As Max approaches the Imploder, a hologram of Psycho's face appears above it. It tells Max that, if he is seeing this, then he, Psycho, is dead. He then tells Max that he is going to destroy everything with the Imploder. Max is about to deactivate the Imploder, when Psycho tells him that he left Max some company inside the base: Over 100 androids, similar to the android in "Endangered Species," are waiting to be given the order to attack Max. Psycho gives the order, and the droids attack Max, stopping him from deactivating the Imploder. After a long battle, 'Berto hacks into Psycho's mainframe, and shuts them down. Max, extremely weak and low on T-juice, manages to shut down the Imploder, saving Earth.

In this movie, Jefferson Smith gets to Bio-Con's base. There he finds several Bio-Con's creations in stasis, most of them failed experiments, with an exception: one of them, codenamed Elementor, wakes up and looks for five different Elementium Isotopes stored in different locations. Each isotope grants hims the power to control and mimic one specific element: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire (Bio-Con used half of these to mutate his clone with). Once in possession of these 4 ones, the power to control Metal and Ice is granted as an extra bonus. One by one, Elementor absorbs the Isotopes and gains new powers. Then Jefferson puts Max under arrest, but Max is able to break free, while Elementor attacks N-Tek saying he wants Steel or he will destroy the base. Max and Jeff find a way to escape but before they succeed, Jefferson reveals to Max that years ago after he was transformed into Max Steel in order to save his life the 5th Elementium Isotope was placed inside Max's body (when he was given transfasic energy ), and that is why he put him under house arrest since no one knows what will happen if the last Isotope is removed or extracted from his body. Max Steel fights Elementor who uses his new abilities to his advantage. After a brief confrontation with Elementor, Berto and Kat discovers that the fifth isotope makes the others go haywire, so Max decides to confront Elementor instead of running away. At the final battle, Max releases all of the power of the 5th Isotope until its overcharge destroys Elementor.

In this movie, Psycho and Bio-Con join forces to transform humanity into mutants who will be ruled by them. At one point, Psycho betrays Bio-Con, making him be trapped by a Psycho-robot (who looks like a silver-colored Psycho) who later self-destructs so that Psycho can rule the world instead of "sharing" it. Max tracks down Psycho and fights him. After the fight, Psycho attacks Max and 'Berto while they're trying to turn off the machine. Max kicks Psycho into the air, landing him into his own mutating device, which explodes. At the end of the movie, Elementor, a clone of Bio-Con, awakens, later to be the villain of the second movie and the new villain of the toyline.

After attaining his drivers licence on his 16th birthday, naive-teenager Vert Wheeler discovers the Deora II Hot Wheels car. The door on the front of the car opens, and a monitor shows a recording of a mysterious man named Dr. Peter Tezla, inviting him to a competition called the World Race: a contest between seasoned professionals and talented drivers. Driving to a secret location in the Californian desert, the drivers are informed of the race along an interdimensional racetrack called “Highway 35″, created by extraterrestrial beings called Accelerons. At the end of the race is the Wheel of Power. Tezla himself tried to retrieve it himself remotely with little success. His plan is to use the drivers, with their unique driving abilities, to retrieve the wheel on his behalf. To enter the Highway, each driver must be doing 300 mph (with the help of an enhanced Nitrous system called Nitrox2) at specific points around the world. During the start, Vert immediately starts a rivalry with Taro Kitano, leader of the Scorchers team; and Lani Tam, a driver of another Wave Rippers car like Vert’s.

At the end of Daemon Rising, Bob and Dot got engaged. To the confusion of everyone, however, a portal opens from the net and Ray Tracer and another Bob steps through. Inasmuch as the second Bob looks like the original from Seasons 1 and 2, Dot names the Bob which merged with his keytool Glitch Bob. Pocahontas is the daughter of the Algonquian chief Powhatan; one day, she is out playing in the woods near the shore when she spots a strange ship filled with white men. When they notice her, she runs away in alarm and tells her father and her people all about the new arrivals. Powhatan's tribe begins to worry; they have terrible memories of the last time the "pale faces" arrived in their land. Some of the younger men suggest attacking the white men and sending them back to where they came from, but Powhatan feels that these new men should not have to pay for the mistakes or cruelty of others in the past. He suggests everyone stay away from them, and to not harm them in any way, but to continue living their lives within their lands until they know what the settlers are up to. Eventually, the young Pocahontas befriends Captain John Smith, and the two become fast friends. Captain Smith is a friendly man and desires peace, but neither he nor Pocahontas can prevent a growing hatred between the two groups. Some of the Indians, feeling that Powhatan has grown weak, decide to abandon the tribe and start their own, with new laws. The ones that remain allow themselves to be taught many things by the white men, including new sports and useful everyday things. As winter begins to approach, the two groups face difficult problems; the Indians believe that the white men are purposely hunting all of their animals and that they may soon be left to starve, while the white men fear they may not survive unless they're invited to spend the winter safely in this new land, rather than sail back to England. The wisdom and good heart of young Pocahontas becomes the key to the collaboration between the two different groups of people in order to survive those difficult times.

Leo (voiced by Garry Chalk) is the lion king of the jungle, but unfortunately he doesn't know well what a king's job is. He believes it is his right to do as he pleases, even if it means disrupting the peace of others or being plain rude to them, as a king, Leo thinks everyone should look out for his well-being and comfort. One day, Leo meets a lion cub named Tooey (voiced by Andrea Libman) whose mother has been recently taken away and who comes to Leo for help, being as selfish as he is, Leo turns the young lion away. However, after several different adventures, Leo learns what his place as a king is and how he must behave and treat the creatures who have almost lost all faith in him. Leo rallies the jungle animals to the rescue, and in the epilogue, the narrator Michael Donovan says that Leo asked Tooey's mother to be his queen, and the cub himself grew into a strong young lion, now called Leo II and one day he would be the Jungle King.

The movie starts with threes in a storm. The father sends his children to a safety boat while he stays on his ship. In the morning, Salty the seagull and Echo the dolphin (they called her that because her voice sounds like an echo) notice the dogs and bring them aboard the deck. Echo goes look for Captain Dogwood, the father of the pups. The pups introduce themselves as Andy and Tina. Salty agrees to help find their father because he knows him. The only get to him is with Little Toot, a tugboat who use to be the busiest and proudest until the boats got too big for him and sat in the docks looking sorry for himself and then got all dirty and messy and become home for three cats, who make anything miserable. They plan get the rid of them by scaring them, since cats are scared of dogs. At first they got scare, but then when they realize they're just puppies, they got less impress. They want them off Toot but they refuse saying they need him to collect sardines. They also fret to put them overboard where a shark is, until Salty gives Toot the encouragement needs to get ride of the dogs. Toot uses his hose on the cats since they also hate water. It works and the cats runaway. They then start to clean Toot up until he was ship shape. Echo returns and tells them he's on an island shipwrecked. As Salty goes to collect his most favorite food Percy's Pelican Pickles, while the rest gets bubble gum and ice cream. Claude, the cat leader, vows to get to Little Toot get the sardines. As Salty aboards Toot, the gang travels many miles and destinations until they meant the weather lady. She proclaims that she knows what happen Dogwood, saying she made the storm because it's her job to create the weather. She warns them that she must her job to make sure the weather changes. She soon starts her weather storm and the gang battles through the weather. Meanwhile, the cats try to boat to Toot, but it was difficult to battle the weather. They call out to them, and swims back to help them. When Salty points that they're towards Skull Rocks, the cats beg to return to their boat, only for it to sink. Lucky, Echo calls out to Toot to surf. By the time they it out safely, the weather stops. The pups congraduate Toot, while Salty orders the cats to clean up Toot, much to their charging. They make it to the island and find Dogwood's ship partly wrecked but safe. While Salty and the pups go find Dogwood, Toot falls asleep and the cats use the rope to tie the captain's ship to Toot, because they think that there's sardines in the kitchen. They find Dogwood and wakes up, happy to see his kids and Salty. Suddenly the volcano starts to erupt and they get on Toot and sail out, whiles the cats manage to tie the ship and get toadded away. Lava blocks their way, but Toot has an idea. They put all the bubblegum in his mouth and he starts to blow a humongous bubble. They fly over the lava just in time. As they float back down, they all congraduate Little Toot saying there's still lots more for Little Toot and he replies that he'll never feel sorry for himself again. As for the cats, they try to find the sardines, only Dogwood to reveal that he threw them overboard to lighten the boat, much to the cats dismay. When Toot compromise that they might like the pickles they, Salty throws a fit refusing to share the pickles because he loves them then starts to talk out of control until he starts to laugh. Everyone begins to have a good laugh, except for the cats who decide eat what ever is let on the ship and depress that they don't have any sardines. As rest of gang laughs, they all head back to harbor to get ready for more adventures.
