Michael Christopher "Mike" Manning is an American actor, producer, television personality and activist. Manning first gained fame as a cast member on the MTV series The Real World: D.C. Since then he has starred in a number of films and television programs, such as the 2014 Disney Channel original movie Cloud 9, in which he played Nick Swift, and for producing the documentary Kidnapped for Christ.

Après la sortie de prison du révérend David Hill (comme on le voit dans le film précédent), une controverse est suscitée contre l'église St. James de Dave, située sur le campus universitaire. Cela amène le collège à entamer le processus de fermeture de l'église, à la grande consternation de Dave et de sa partenaire Jude. Lorsqu'ils ont été informés de la décision de fermer l'église et de la remplacer par un bâtiment permettant d'agrandir l'école, Dave et Jude ont entamé le processus de poursuite du collège pour sauver St. James. Les choses s'aggravent quand Adam Richertson, étudiant, en signe de protestation, jette une brique dans l'église, allume un feu qui tue Jude et détruit presque l'église. Dave est obligé de s'attaquer à la perte de son cher ami. Adam est horrifié par ses actes et envisage d’avouer le crime, ce qui le conduit à renouer le contact avec sa petite amie sceptique, Keaton.

Snowboarder Kayla Morgan (Dove Cameron), the best girl shredder in Summit Valley, competes in a snowboarding challenge and wins for the girls' division. With her Swift snowboarding teammate/boyfriend, Nick Swift (Mike Manning), who is also the son of team coach Sebastian Swift (Jeffrey Nordling), she trains as a part of the Swift Team to win the "Fire and Ice" snowboarding competition. A year ago, a viral video branding the famous, legendary snowboarder Will Cloud (Luke Benward) as an "epic failure" caused Will to end his snowboarding career. He wiped out attempting a move he created in Fire and Ice, called the Cloud 9, and almost died, allowing the Swifts to take the win. Now, Will works at his family's dog-kennel with his mom, Andrea (Amy Farrington). During a pre-Fire and Ice party for the Swifts, Sebastian Swift tells Nick that he needs to do whatever it takes to win Fire and Ice. After the party, Kayla, Nick, and their two other teammates find Will's sled that he left behind while taking a customer's dog for a walk. Kayla and Nick get on and ride the sled, however, Nick is unable to control it and apologizes to Kayla before falling out of the sled. Still riding, Kayla crashes into the mountain lodge sign, demolishing it and breaking the sled in the process. A security guard finds her and takes her home, and Kayla was abandoned by her teammates to take the blame. Will was informed that his sled was broken.

Marshall Thomas (Houston Rhines), an advertising designer, and his partner of seven years, cafe owner Gabe Horton (Noah Schuffman), who live in Los Angeles, California, are in a rut. Gabe seems too busy for intimacy and Marshall is feeling the pressure of a frustrating dead-end job. Marshall discovers a smart phone application called eCupid and agrees to install it without reading the terms of agreement (despite multiple warnings.) The application (voiced by Morgan Fairchild) proceeds to take over Marshall's phone and computer, and by proxy his life. At the Scientific Research Institute for the study of Homicidal Baked Goods, The Gingerdead Man is visited by a woman from the FBI (Laura Kachergus), who is revealed to be the sister of Toothless McHomeless of the second one, who was driven to suicide by the previous Gingerdead cookie. As she's about to take her revenge on this "half baked piece of shit", a group of activists for animal rights break into the institute, overpower her, and release the Gingerdead Man and the rest of the baked inmates. The killer cookie comes across the "Time Travel Studies" room, shoots the two scientists, and is sent back through time as security tries to kill him.
