Neeraj Madhav (born 26 March 1990) is an actor and dancer from Kerala, India. Neeraj made his debut in Malayalam through the movie Buddy directed by Raaj Prabavathy Menon in 2013 and is more popular for his roles in Drishyam, 1983, Sapthamashree Thaskaraha.
The young talent started off as a dancer with the first edition of reality television programme ‘Super Dancer’ on Amrita TV and made it to the final round. Neeraj is also a trained Bharata Natyam dancer, having learnt it under Kalamandalam Saraswathy and her daughter, Aswathy. He is also trained in the chenda and is a disciple of Kalamandalam Udayan Namboodiri.
Neeraj also has a younger brother Navneeth, another dancer turned actor in the family. He has acted in films such as Shikkar, Nallavan and Manikyakkallu and TV series such as Kuttichathan.

Biography
Neeraj is a native of Thiruvannur, Kozhikode. He did schooling from St. Joseph's Boys' Higher Secondary School Kozhikode, graduated in Visual communication from SRM University, Chennai and later did post graduation in Theatre from School of Drama and Fine Arts, Thrissur. His father Dr K.Madhavan is a veterinarian, and his mother Latha, a teacher.The young talent started off as a dancer with the first edition of reality television programme ‘Super Dancer’ on Amrita TV and made it to the final round. Film begins when Jinn (Sreenath Bhasi) narrates about a village and few of the village guys such as Ahmed (Unni Mukundan), a web journalist and passionate football player - who accidentally saw a girl (Chandini Sreedharan) in a film festival held at Kozhikode and become lonely thinking about her. Things change when Shadiya (Chandini Sreedharan) joins his college for a project and Teacher Ali (Santhosh Keezhztoor) wants Ahmed to guide Shadiya about the lectures and college campus. Two of them fall in love and later decides to marry secretly. Being his best friend Ahmed tells Faizal (Aju Varghese) about his affair and their marriage. Faizal tells this matter to Ajmal (Saiju Kurup), Ahmed's brother on the day where Shadiya and Ahmed left the town for marriage. Ajmal along with Faizal and few of their friends went in search for Ahmed and Shadiya. Film portrays the remaining incidents on this day.

Kunjiraman (Vineeth Sreenivasan), nephew of Well-done Vasu(Mamukkoya), plans to marry his daughter Thankamani. All plans are thwarted by his dim-witted cousin brother Laalu (Dhyan Sreenivasan). To avenge this he goes to Gulf to make money and returns to his hometown Desam. He plans to marry well and before that of Vasu's daughter wedding. Laalu (Dhyan Sreenivasan) secretly plots against Kunjiraman with Kuttan (Aju Varghese), his role model. Kunjiraman gets engaged to other women but all end up in cancellations. Villagers superstitiously believe that it was Kunjiraman's actions that brings the subsequent problems and curses to Desam. Later the issues are solved by a chain of events. Both Laalu and Kuttan are left to the short end of stick with their plotting's.

The story is set in an engineering college, where Umesh (Nivin Pauly) is studying. Umesh is a carefree engineering student, who has 42 back papers to clear. His close pals are Shaji (Aju Varghese) and Thankaprasad (Neeraj Madhav). Wanting to find a quick way to earn money and fame, he decides to try his hand at movies, and wants to assist none other than the renowned South-Indian director Gautham Vasudev Menon. The story begins with Vasu, father of Vasoottan (Kunchacko) rescuing people from a bus fallen from a bridge on to a flooded river. During the rescue, vasu gets drowned in front of the onlookers which include his friend Prakashan (Joy mathew), his wife and his child while trying to rescue a kid. Then the story moves over to Vasootan who is a Auto-Rickshaw driver, who is a very helpful person who has got all the good qualities like his father. He helps anyone who is in need. Sabu (Suraj Venjarumoodu) is Vasootan's friend, who was a one time goon and got reformed due to Vasootan's influence. Vasootan helps Sabu to marry Muthumani. One day a girl named Parvathy hires his auto to go to Railway station. As the train was about to depart, she asks vasoottan to take her to the Bus stand. But after an adventurous journey Vasoottan drops parvathy at the Railway station on time. She thanked him and went off. After a few days Prakashan's son informs that a girl has come to their studio and inquired about Vasoottan and the accident that took place long back in which Vasoottan lost his Father. Vasoottan thinks that it was Parvathy. Vasoottan receives a call from Parvathy and she asks him to come to her house to meet her Father. Sabu and Prakshettan ties a bet saying that Parvathy loves Vasoottan and had called him for fixing their Marriage. Vasoottan goes to her house and understands that they have called him for seeking his help in their Buisiness of delivering 100 numbers of Jamnapari goats to a Foreign Firm. Parvathy's Father (Maniyan Pilla Raju) and Mother (Anju Aravind) pleeds to Vasoottan for his help and finally he agrees to help them getting 100 Jamna Pyari goats on time. Sridharan (Renji Panicker) was Parvathy's Father's rival and he tries all ways to getting their business unsuccessful with his money and muscle power. At first Vasoottan arranges 10 Jamna Pyaris from local. Then they started giving advertisements in print, audio as well visual and e-medias. They received vide responses for the ads and finally they manages to reach the target. After too many complication Vasoottan and Parvathy gets their love succeed at the end.

Dr. Vijay Nambiar ( Suresh Gopi ) is a skilled and renowned neurosurgeon. He lives with his wife Dr. Nalini Nambiar ( Abhirami ) and their two kids. They both work at the Apothecary Hospital. The film begins with Nambiyar being admitted to the hospital because of a motor vehicle accident. He has suffered a brain injury and his chance of survival seems slim. Subin Joseph(Jayasurya) a patient of Nambiyar, comes to visit him. Subin recounts his experience at the hospital under Nambiyar's care. The hospital is revealed to be run greedily, with patients being subjected to expensive and unnecessary tests and medicines. Nambiyar is a doctor with a good reputation, but is forced by the management to run clinical trials for new drugs. He realizes that such trials are necessary for progress, but the lack of ethical protocol and the side effects of such drugs turn the lives of the patients into a living hell. This dilemma consumes him, causing him to have hallucinations of his clinical trial patients. His soul is locked in a surreal struggle between the good and the bad actions of his work. His accident was a result of such an episode, where he falls to the road in a fit of panic. Finally, he is redeemed with the realization that his work has saved thousands, compared to the few lives destroyed by his actions. Should he live, he would go on to save even more lives. Nambiyar returns to life a changed man. He confronts the hospital board about their actions. He reminds them of the word 'Apothecary' which was used years back, to refer to doctors who treated village folk with their medicines. Stating that the hospital simply retains that name, he leaves the hospital to set up a charitable institution. His wife and several of the hospital staff and patients accompany him on his new journey.
