Rahul Singh, is an Indian film actor and model known for his works in Bollywood.

Singh's mother Prabha Thakur is a Hindi poet and also a member of Rajya Sabha.

Singh attended school at Mayo College in Ajmer and graduated from St. Xavier's College. In College he wrote more than 50 street plays and was part of an acting group that performed for various social organisations.

In 2001, Singh appeared in the film Zubeidaa film. He also wrote dialogues for Bollywood film Kaante (2002). In 2009, he appeared in Jail,

Singh currently plays the lead role of Brij Bhushan in the TV serial Sapno Ke Bhanwar Mein.
He is also acting as Vikrant Maharia as a negative role in 24 .

Singh has written and acted in stage plays for the Jagrut theatre group, which he founded. He has directed and acted in nearly fifty stage plays fostering awareness for rising social issues.


He has also performed in cultural festivals including Mood, Indigo, and Malhar. Rahul has performed in The Shawl by David Mamet, Hamlet and The Merchant of Venice by Shakespeare, The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe, among others. He has also performed in several classical and modern plays for the English Theatre and Hindi Theatre in the Oval House Theatre.

A well-heeled family from tony neighborhood of New Delhi travels from the city through dusty roads that lead into the Madhogarh village, district Mahendragarh in Haryana, far out and buried in the debris of the past. Shreya, the tomboy of the family, finally arrives at her father’s village for the first time during her vacations, that too after coaxing her father, Dev, to the best of her abilities. She and her brother, Sam, had, in their imagination, spun the village right out of a fairytale, replete with streams, lakes and grasslands that will allow them to run free. But all they find are dusty alleys, dried up ponds and hostile playmates until they spin their magic and befriend this unknown place, especially some of its people, like the Pehelwan and the gang of kids led by Ajithe. The story follows Mansukh (Himesh Reshammiya), the son of a marriage bureau owner Champak Lal (Manoj Joshi (actor)). Since he has grown up, Mansukh tries to help his father in the business, however all the alliances he had tried to get done have resulted in separation even before the marriage took place. To prove his worth to his father, he takes up an unusual challenge of getting an underworld don Tatya Tukaram Tendulkar's (Mithun Chakraborty), spoilt brat sister Indu (Asin Thottumkal) getting married to a cop called Bahattar Singh (Akshay Kumar) aka Khiladi 786 in Punjab. He convinces Tatya to pretend to be a cop to make Bahattar agree to the marriage. But little did the over enthusiast Mansukh know that Bahattar Singh, along with his father Sattar Singh (Raj Babbar) and his uncle Ikhattar Singh (Mukesh Rishi) were not cops but a family of conmen. The story takes a shape as the two hardcore families pretend to be policemen in front of each other and the beans from each side can be spilled anytime which can be life threatening for Mansukh. And to make the situation worse, it turns out that Indu has a boyfriend, Azad (Rahul Singh), who is a criminal locked up in jail. When Bahattar finds out, he helps Azad escape from jail to make Indu happy. But no sooner does Indu realize that she truly loves Bahattar.

The story revolves around three roommates, journalist Tashi (Imran Khan), photographer Nitin Berry (Kunaal Roy Kapur) and cartoonist Arup (Vir Das), leading an unkempt and debt-ridden life in a shoddy apartment. Tashi's ditzy fiancée, Sonia (Shenaz Treasurywala), is an air hostess who agrees to deliver a package for Vladimir Dragunsky (Kim Bodnia) to Somayajulu (Vijay Raaz), without realizing its contents or that Somayajulu is a gangster. Sonia asks Tashi to deliver the package. Tashi, in turn, asks Nitin to do so. But Nitin is unable to do so as he is suffering 'Delhi Belly'. Nitin hands Sonia's package to Arup for delivery to Somayajulu, along with a package containing his stool sample for delivery to Nitin's doctor. Arup mixes up the two bags. Somayajulu, furious, tortures Vladimir to find his package.

Stanley (Partho Gupte) is a fourth grader at Holy Family school in Mumbai and is very popular among his friends. He is talented and well liked by his peers. The English teacher, Ms. Rosy, (Divya Dutta) is particularly impressed with his creativity, wit, and humour. Stanley is shown with a bruised face in the opening scene of the movie. On being questioned about it by Ms. Rosy, he concocts an elaborate story, much to her amusement. His humorous essays and offhand poem recitations make him her favourite in class. However his imagination is not always rewarded (his science teacher (Divya Jagdale) rebukes his attempt at constructing a light house as part of the class project since it does not adhere to the topics covered in class).
