Mitra began her career as a model. She came to prominence as the Lara Croft model between 1997 and 1998. The film tells the story of Lucian, the first werewolf born in human form and the first to be called a Lycan. Simon Joel Edgerton is a decent fellow, married to a lovely woman Danielle Cormack, living comfortably with two children. He has grown tired of the lack of sex and is attracted to a cellist friend of his wife, Katrien, played by Rhona Mitra. Katrien's husband is played by Thomas Kretschmann. The two become fascinated with each other, but don't immediately start an affair. She doesn't want to destroy his greatest appeal, which is that he is upright and reliable. They eventually attempt some meetings, but something always goes wrong. Either he arrives late and the children are coming, or he ejaculates prematurely. Then they discover that they are both going to be in Germany the same week. He books a hotel room in Berlin, where he and his boss are attending a convention, and Katrien comes to his room. But before they manage to have sex, his wife surprises him by showing up also! Katrien escapes to an adjacent room through an interconnecting door and Simon and his wife make violent love, which Katrien hears through the wall, and she gets upset because they were just about to have sex and he is having sex with his wife. Simon's wife sees him sneak into the hallway during a speech and hears Katriens voice on the other end of his phone, figures out what they are doing, and flies back to Wellington angry. She soon asks for a separation. Simon profeses his love to Katrien, but she says she doesn't love him, and he goes back to Wellington to live near to his wife and children, whom he sees often (his wife slept with Katriens husband and wants a divorce). His wife eventually forgives him and as the movie ends, we find that Katriens accepted a job with an orchestra and lives blocks away from her ex-husband who now takes care of the kids.

Bob Lee Swagger reluctantly leaves a self-imposed exile from his isolated mountain home at the request of Colonel Isaac Johnson, who appeals to him to help track down an assassin who is planning to shoot the president. A man known only as Rennie (Jim Caviezel) is motivated by revenge to track down and kill the man who ran over his wife, a serial killer (Colm Feore) immobilized by the man himself. The killer is wheelchair-bound and uses a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado to stalk and kill his victims in car accidents. When the serial killer makes a young woman (Rhona Mitra) his next target, the man has to stop the killer once and for all.

The movie starts with Varinia (Rhona Mitra), a Gaul woman and her village being attacked by the Romans. Her entire village is taken into slavery, and she is sold to Lentulus Batiatus (Ian McNeice). Spartacus (Goran Višnjić), a Thracian slave condemned to the mines, attempts to protect another slave. Spartacus is nearly crucified before Batiatus purchases the man. Spartacus and a handful of other slaves are brought to Batiatus' ludus to be trained as gladiators. Spartacus and the other slaves are brought to the Gladiators to eat, where he meets Nardo (Chris Jarman), Draba (Henry Simmons) and David (James Frain), before a fight breaks out between Draba and Gannicus (Paul Telfer), they are stopped by their trainer Cinna (Ross Kemp).

Conjoined twins Bob and Walt Tenor try to live as normally as possible. Outgoing and sociable Walt aspires to be a Hollywood actor, however, whereas shy, introverted Bob prefers the quiet life. They run Quikee Burger, a diner in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard, that guarantees free meals to customers whose orders are not completed in three minutes, a testament to how skilled and in sync Bob and Walt are with each other. Though Walt is comfortable socializing with women, Bob is the shyer of the two, and carries on a long-distance relationship with a pen pal named May Fong whom he has never met in person, and who is unaware that they are conjoined twins.
