Rick Peters (born June 1966 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American actor. He has appeared in several films and numerous television shows, and is perhaps best known for his roles as Australian Bobby Manning in Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye and Admiral Brigman in the Aquaman pilot. He also plays the role of Elliot in the 4th season of Dexter. He has a relatively minor role as a police officer in Heroes. He currently resides in Southern California with his wife and two children.

Charlie Mayeaux (Liam Neeson) is an undercover DEA agent suffering from anxiety and gastrointestinal problems after a bust gone wrong. During the aforementioned incident, his partner was killed and he found himself served up on a platter of watermelon with a gun shoved in his face just before back-up arrived. Charlie, once known for his ease and almost "magical" talent on the job, is finding it very hard to return to work. Elvis Presley, bored with his confined existence in Graceland, leaves his home on his own for the first time since he was 21. He winds up in California and is convinced by an Anti-war activist that he is responsible for the counterculture through his influence on The Beatles. Six years have passed since the horrifying massacre at Hull House on Halloween. All the bodies were recovered save Angela's; rumor persists she descended bodily into Hell.
