Richard "Rick" Lee Zumwalt, Jr. (September 24, 1951 – March 19, 2003) was a professional world champion arm-wrestler and actor. He is known for playing the character of Bob 'Bull' Hurley in the 1987 Sylvester Stallone movie, Over the Top.
Afterwards, he appeared in several movies in small roles, such as the 1988 film The Presidio and in 1990, he appeared in an episode of the TV series Night Court, and a small role in Batman Returns in 1992 as one of The Penguin's henchmen. He also co-starred as "Judge Mental" on the kids' gameshow Pictionary. In his later years, he became an active member in a clean and sober fellowship and spent a great deal of time and effort in service to others suffering from substance abuse.
According to his ex-wife, he died on the morning of March 19, 2003 after suffering a major heart attack.

The kids of small-time crook Jack Charles (Patrick Swayze) are put in a corrupt state-run home called Bigelow Hall when their mother dies of cancer. Tucker and Esther Cobblepot, an aristocratic couple, throw their deformed infant child in a river, feeling that Gotham City's high society would not approve after witnessing their son kill their pet cat. However, a flock of penguins living in an abandoned zoo's arctic exhibit connected to the sewers rescue and raise him. 33 years later, the child becomes The Penguin (Danny DeVito) and the leader of the Red Triangle Circus Gang, who appear in Gotham City during the annual Christmas tree-lighting ceremony and cause a riot. Lincoln Hawk is a struggling trucker who arm wrestles on the side to make extra cash while trying to rebuild his life. Hawk's estranged wife Christina, who is very ill, asks that Hawk pick up their son Michael from military school so that the two of them can get to know each other; Hawk had left them ten years earlier.
