Rikiya Koyama (小山 力也, Koyama Rikiya, born December 18, 1963 in Kyoto) is a Japanese actor and voice actor who is a member of Haiyuza Theatre Company.
He has done popular voicing roles in Hajime no Ippo, Utawarerumono and Kamen no Maid Guy.
He is also known by the nicknames "Rikki" and "Riki-chan".
His first production with the company was The Idiot, in which he played the role of a servant. He came to the attention of the public when he was selected at an audition to play the role of Sebastian in Twelfth Night, directed by Michael Pennington.
Since then, he has appeared in many plays, including The Merchant of Venice, staged October and November 2005. He played the role of Antonio. The play was performed in the UK, the Netherlands, Romania, and Japan and received a favorable reception.
He played in Japanese TV dramas which dealt with social problems, such as The School Will Change When the Headmaster Changes and Unjust Accusation.
He also does an attractive dubbing for the voice of the pediatrician, Dr. Doug Ross (George Clooney) in the American TV drama ER, which has been broadcast in Japan since 1996 by NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation). This dubbing made him leap to fame in Japan. Since then, he has dubbed all the roles played by George Clooney in films after The Peacemaker and has also played leading characters in many major plays.
He also starred in 2010 live-action film, Wonderful World, with fellow voice actors, Mamoru Miyano, Tomokazu Sugita, Tomokazu Seki, Yuka Hirata, Showtaro Morikubo and Daisuke Namikawa.

He graduated from Ritsumeikan University, where he read law, in 1986, and entered Toho Gakuen College and majored in drama. After graduation, he joined the Haiyuza Theatre Company in 1988.His first production with the company was The Idiot, in which he played the role of a servant. The film begins with Sagittarius Aiolos (Toshiyuki Morikawa) being chased by two Gold Saints, Capricorn Shura (Shinji Kawada) and Gemini Saga (Kōichi Yamadera). They were sent by the Pope of Sanctuary in order to kill him for treason. Aiolos was struck down, but Saga died during the struggle. Meanwhile, in the Himalayas, Mitsumasa Kido and his butler Tatsumi explore an icy cavern. As he goes ahead, Mitsumasa discovers a baby girl and Aiolos, barely clinging to life. With his last Cosmo, Aiolos shows Mitsumasa that the Pope branded Aiolos a traitor and he escaped with the baby in order to save her. The baby is a reincarnation of the goddess Athena. He also explains that in sixteen years, brave young men known as Saints will arise to protect her. Aiolos dies, leaving the Sagittarius Cloth behind.

Conan, having observed possible suspect, pursued the suspect with Masumi Sera joining later. The story begins with another daring theft committed by Kaito Kid, with a fabulous diamond as his target - only that Kaito is in this case merely a spectator from the sidelines. The Detective Boys attend a promotional event where the J. League play soccer with children. There, the group are introduced to several people. The next day, the Detective Boys watch the soccer match at Touto Stadium. Kogoro Mori receives a phone call from a bomber who relays the location of a bomb in the form of a riddle. The riddle reads "Blue zebra and blue boy, rain from above, people from below, their left hand, as it is shows, the tree on the left. Ran Mori relays the riddle to Shinichi Kudo allowing Conan to decipher it. The blue zebra and boy refer to the mascots of the teams currently playing at Touto stadium. The rest of the riddle is a play on kanji; The top part of Rain (雨, Ame), bottom part of People (人, Hito), left of Hand (手, Te), Show (示, Shī) as it is, and the left of Tree (木, Ki). Filling in the missing parts of the kanji and adding them together forms the word Electronic Scoreboard (電光掲示板, Denkō Keijiban). With little time to evacuate the spectators, Conan traverses up the infrastructure and arranges the explosives so the scoreboard falls in a safe location.

Naruto Uzumaki is arrested to the criminal containment facility known as Hoozuki Jou (鬼灯城, lit. "Physalis Castle") in the Hidden Grass Village, after he is declared responsible for attacking the Fourth Raikage and the members of Jōnin from the Hidden Mist and Rock Village. There, Mui (無為), the head of the prison, places the Tenrou o Tsukau (天牢を使う, lit. "Sky Prison Control") seal on Naruto which limits his chakra. On the first night, Naruto uses a clone as a decoy to escape from prison, but his clone is secretly taken by Mui to have the Nine-tailed beast's chakra extracted which leads him to the real Naruto, and he is shortly recaptured and placed in solitary confinement, before delaying Mui's plans.
