She is best known for her performance in the award-winning short film Anukokunda for which she won best actor (female) at the 48HR Film Project in 2012. This short film was screened at the Cannes Short film Corner in 2013.

Subramanyam (Nani), called by everybody as Subbu, is a materialistic IIM graduate who is very ambitious. He works for Pasupathi (Nassar), who aims to buy his rival Ramaiah's(Krishnam Raju) Company but fails at it. Subbu, with his wit and ability to manipulate people, makes Ramaiah's employees sell their shares. With this being Pasupathi's biggest success, Subbu gets engaged to his boss's daughter Riya (Ritu Varma). During the engagement ceremony, a childhood friend, Rishi (Vijay Devarakonda), enters his life. Rishi is very energetic and opposite in the character to Subbu. Rishi is a true artist of life, who lives and never thinks about living. The same day they encounter a free-spirited girl Anandi (Malavika Nair) in a pub. Rishi reveals his dream is to travel with Subbu to Doodh Kashi, a holy lake in the Himalayas.

Sadhu Bhai (Kelly Dorji) is a notorious mafia leader who escaped India after various terrorist attacks and conquered the underworld of the entire southeast Asia, and no one dares to challenge Sadhu Bhai. Baadshah (N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) enters the underworld for his father (Mukesh Rishi). In the opening scene, Sadhu Bhai's partner, Crazy Robert (Ashish Vidhyarthi), captures Baadshah and his father as Baadshah revolts against Sadhu Bhai. But Baadshah easily defeats Crazy Robert's goons. However, Baadshah learns that both the Indian police and Hong Kong police are looking for him and tries to find a solution for that.
