Rohini is an Indian actress, lyricist, screenwriter, voice actor and director. She has mainly acted in south Indian, notably Malayalam and Tamil films. Having started her acting career at five, she has about 130 south Indian films to her credit. She received National Award of Special mention and Andhra Pradesh State Award for Best Female Actor in the year 1996 for the film Sthree.
She was married to famous Actor Raghuvaran in 1996 and they have a son Rishivaran born in 1997. The couple later got separated and divorced in 2004.[1] She pursued masters in English literature by correspondence.

A native of Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh Rohini spent all her childhood in Chennai. Her father was a panchyat officer and mother was a housewife. Her father always wanted to become an actor, though he couldn't be an actor he encouraged his daughter to become an actress and he fulfilled his ambition through his daughter. Her mother died when she was five years old and father remarried later.She was married to famous Actor Raghuvaran in 1996 and they have a son Rishivaran born in 1997. The couple later got separated and divorced in 2004.[1] She pursued masters in English literature by correspondence.

In the ancient Kingdom of Mahishmati in India, Sivagami, the queen mother (Ramya Krishnan), carrying a baby in her arms, emerges from a cave adjoining a big waterfall. She kills the soldiers pursuing her and sacrifices herself to save the baby. Local villagers spot the queen's hand carrying baby in the river and rescues the infant. Sanga (Rohini) and her husband name the infant Shivudu and raise him as their own son. They seal the cave fearing the child's safety.

Karthik is a rich post graduate from ISB who completes his studies and comes back to India after a world tour. One fine day, he spots Nandana and falls head over heels for her. The story first shows Nithya(Namitha Pramod) a sand artist doing her program. When she returns she meets with an accident which leads to memory loss that can allow her remember anything for just 24 hours. She keeps a memory book (orma pusthakam)where she jots down all her memories.Then they show Gautham(Vineeth Sreenivasan)a young businessman who also has suffers from temporary memory problems. His mother(Rohini)get annoyed with him and asks him to Marry a girl Hema (Muktha) whom he doesn't like . Angry with his mother by this he and his Grandmother(Lakshmi) makes a plan. The plan makes him say that he is in love with another girl and the next day they are going to have a date. The next morning he goes for a city round instead for a date. He then meets Nithya and watches her Sand art and memory show. They fall in love. Nithya's does not write her memories in her memory book as she thinks if they are real soul mates then this magic will happen. The next day they meet but Nithya does not recognize Gautham. Then Gautham, his friend Apoorva( Aju Vargese) and Nithya's sister Neetu (Soumya Sadanandan) makes up plans and at last he succeeds. He tells his mother that he loves Nithya and then brings her to Gautham's House. There they realize their Love for each Other. But the next day Nithya forgets him but retrieves back about him after reading her memory book. She then says that they can never say together and so tears his memories from her book. They go in their own ways. One day when Gautham is going for a meeting in USA he meets Neetu in the Airport. She says that Nithya is fine. She then shows him the video of Nithya's Program. HE sees hat the pictures drawn were related to him. That moment he stops his trip and goes to watch Nithya's show. There when she sees him she gets emerged up and draws her image with inner strength. But when he went and asked him whether she remembers him she says no. Gautham returns and than sees his mother in the auditorium. His mother asks him to turn back. When he looks at the screen he sees Nithya drawing his face. Gautham runs back to the stage and asks her "whether she really does not know him". She replies that "even without knowing who you are I used to draw your pictures". There they understand that even though she forgets everything after 24 hours she will never be able to forget him as she loves him.

Adi Shankara (Kaushik Babu) is born at Kaladi of Kerala state to a Brahmin family. Soon Adi Shankara is born Agni Deva (Tanikella Bharani) says to Rudraksha Rushi (Mohan Babu) that he has only 8 years of life. So Rudraksha Rushi gives 24 years of life to Shankara from his span, at a cycle of every 8 years whenever Shakara's life is in trouble. After his father's death Shankara shows his remarkable power in acquiring mastery over four Vedas at the age of eight. When he is caught by a crocodile in Purna River, he seeks the permission of his mother to become Sanyasi and then only the crocodile leaves him. Reluctantly, his mother accepts his proposal and then the crocodile disappears. In search of a guru, he leaves for North India. Then he finds his guru, Govinda Bhagavatpada (Srihari). The guru teaches him 'Jala Stambhana', 'Agnisthambana','Vaayusthambana' and 'Parakaya Pravesha' (leaving one's own soul and entering others) etc. skills. Soon, Shankara decides to preach his Advaita Vedanta philosophy to the people who are quarreling among themselves in the name of castes and religions. Shankara teaches a lesson to one such person, Kapalikudu (Suman), who is responsible for the quarrels among the people. In another sequence, a Chandala (Nagarjuna Akkineni) proves to Shankara that all the people are equal before god. During his philosophical tour, Shankara gets a chance to debate with Mandana Misra (Sai Kumar). While Misra I about to give up, his wife Ubhaya Bharathi (Kamalinee Mukherjee) challenges Shankara by asking some question on sex and related questions. As he being a Sanyasi, he can't answer her questions. He then asks for a recess of 15 days. He later, do parakaya Pravesha and enters the dead body of a king (Mynampati Sreerama Chandra) then he makes love with the king's wives (Kamna Jethmalani) and learns and gets the answers for the questions posed by Udaya Bharathi. Although being a sage, he performs the rituals of his mother. This factor irks the elders of his religion. However, they repent for their act later. Finally, having occupied 'Sarvagnapeetha' of Kashmir, he gets salvation and disappears in Lord Shiva (Chiranjeevi).
