Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎, Okiayu Ryōtarō, born November 17, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with Aoni Production. His major roles include: Treize Khushrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, Meisuke Nueno in Hell Teacher Nūbē, Kunimitsu Tezuka in The Prince of Tennis, Byakuya Kuchiki in Bleach, Yuu Matsuura in Marmalade Boy, Shigure Sohma in Fruits Basket, Dark in D.N. Angel, and Toriko in Toriko. As a singer, he was part of the voice actor unit E.M.U (Entertainment Music Unit) with fellow voice actors Hikaru Midorikawa, Hideo Ishikawa, Nobutoshi Hayashi and Daisuke Sakaguchi, which was active from 1995 to 2000. The suspect blown up police patrol cars during the escape and despite FBI's attempt to follow the suspect, the suspect got away. Tokyo Police and FBI later discussed on the possible suspect and discovered that Timothy Hunter is a possible suspect, as the victim is involved with the United States Navy SEALS squadron and the former US military officers in Japan. The suspect uses sniping ability to murder more people in relation to the suspect's past, though Timothy Hunter, the prime suspect, was later found dead and Conan is under the target of assassination when he attempted to stop the murder, only to be intervened by Sera.

At Maizuru Bay, on the dawn of April 20, a coast guard named Masaki Kurata finds a suspicious boat during his patrol. Upon examining the inside of the boat, he discovers some explosives and immediately reports this to the Wakasa Coast Guard. A recap of Ichigo Kurosaki's battle against Ulquiorra in Hueco Mundo, transforms into an incredibly powerful and uncontrollable Hollow. Some time later before Ichigo loses his powers, Rukia Kuchiki and Renji Abarai arrive in the human world to inspect a strange occurrence, though they remain vague about what. Shortly after, powerful masked spirits attack Ichigo and the others at school. When one of his mask breaks, the gates of Hell appear and a Kushanāda, one of the guardians of Hell impales the unmasked spirit, dragging him into Hell. So, the spirits known are the Sinners (Togabito in the original), hide their faces to avoid being dragged back. During the battle, Ichigo's two sisters, Karin and Yuzu are attacked by Shuren, the leader of the Sinners. Ichigo manages to return in time to attack Shuren, but is unable to defeat him. Kokutō, a Sinner not allied with Shuren, rescues Karin, but Shuren manages to depart with Yuzu. Kokutō offers to assist Ichigo by showing him the route into Hell, and Rukia, Renji and Uryū Ishida decide to join the quest.

Set after Oblivion Recorder, a new spate of ferocious murders has caught the eye of both Shiki and Daisuke, Mikiya’s cousin who investigated the murders before. Shiki wanders the back alleys of the business district, searching for the murderer and avoiding attacks by local thugs while Mikiya becomes more and more worried about her, beginning his own investigation that takes him down a path populated by drug pushers and prostitutes. Flashback to the second movie, Mikiya is about to get killed by SHIKI but Soren Araya intervenes. SHIKI responds to this attacking Soren but only wounding him with a head cut. Araya says who really she was and the punishment she had done to him is to meet at the spiral of conflict (Fujino, Fujo, Shirazumi). SHIKI teriffied ran away and Mikiya follows. Mikiya caught her and makes a brief talk. SHIKI said something and again runs into the road to commit suicide by an incoming car. Mikiya runs to save her but is too late. Present time...the perpetrator, Lio Shirazumi, finds Shiki first but loses an arm in the resulting scuffle; retreating, he discovers Mikiya in his apartment which has become a madman’s shrine to Shiki. Shiki finds Lio's hideout and Lio was waiting for her. Shiki and Lio battled with knives until Shiki got the upper hand. Shiki is about to kill Lio when suddenly her memories came back due to Kurogiri's magic. Due to that pause, she was captured and tortured by Lio, still struggling with murderous urges, her salvation relies on Mikiya who may fall to Lio’s uncontrollable cravings. Shiki remembers what SHIKI said at the second film. SHIKI's reason for committing suicide was to protect SHIKI's and Shiki's of having a normal life with Mikiya. Also Shiki remembers her grandfather's last words to her that she could kill at least once in order to die as a human. In contrast, his grandfather killed so many people and killing him or himself makes him inhuman so he meet his end in a dark void. Mikiya comes to the scene however cannot go in the building because the front door was locked. He decides to get through by breaking one of the windows. He got in but was ambushed and clubbed by Lio. Lio begins to torture Mikiya by crushing his left leg and talks with Mikiya. He told Mikiya that Araya bestows to him the abandoned building filled with marijuana plants. He poisons Mikiya by him forcing to swallow a lethal dose of an illegal drug, that gives Mikiya a slow death. He gives Mikiya a chance to live by giving him a Bloodchip, a drug that would cause him to lose sanity after a few doses. Mikiya refuses Lio twice and he told him that he himself enjoyed being normal while he was weirdo for he was not fit being a serial manic. In other words, he was a complete opposite of Shiki. In a fit of anger, Lio slices through his left eye and Mikiya faints out. Lio leaves Mikiya dying and resumes torturing Shiki. Unfortunately, Shiki was able to get herself out by cutting her left thumb and begin to leave Lio. But Lio announces that Mikiya is right here. Realizing Mikiya died, Shiki turns back and decides to have a showdown against Lio. While being attacked and injured, Shiki thinks about Mikiya and her dreamy days with him. Then, she snaps back and uses her 'Mystic Eyes of Death Perception' skill, cutting Lio into pieces. Meanwhile, Mikiya survives and crawls until finds Shiki lying on the floor. Shiki was guilty of her sin and felt she would lose everything. Mikiya answered that he does not care and he said "I'll bear your sins in my place." (lines from movie3). He through himself from the day first Shiki smiled (movie 3) he will be always on her side forever. He ironically said the committed sin was wrong but it can't be prevented and he would not forgive her with no excuse. Then he picked up wounded Shiki in his arms and gave her a hug and said "Shiki, I won't let you go." Shiki cries joyfully and Mikiya hugs tight.

In the Soul Society, Mayuri Kurotsuchi is attacked in his laboratory by a pair of mysterious siblings wielding a scythe that erases his memories. In a frightened panic, Kurotsuchi damages a machine and causes a massive reiatsu explosion that covers much of Soul Society in a milky layer of reiatsu in the form of a giant rampaging river of serpents, killing and freezing many Soul Reapers, including Kenpachi Zaraki. Rukia Kuchiki is confronted and attacked by the siblings, erasing her memories and those of everybody that has memories of her, and is carried away to a rundown area of Rukongai by the siblings. Seemingly everyone in the Soul Society has their memories of Rukia erased.

The movie starts off with an introduction from Kokuto Azaka on who she is and how she plans to win Mikiya over as her lover despite the presence of a dangerous woman named Ryogi Shiki. Afterwards, Shiki is sent to Azaka's school, the Reien Academy during winter break in order to help investigate a series of reports of fairies stealing the student's memories, and a suspicious suicide. The two immediately clash as Azaka is in love with her brother (Mikiya) and considers Shiki a love rival. While walking around the school, Shiki notices a fairy, and chases after it. Azaka who cannot see the fairies, is left alone and is attacked by an unknown person and has her memory stolen, only waking up in the evening with no memory of what has occurred. They discover the magus using the fairies is trying to erase everyone's memories of the event, but the school has a written record of the investigation. Azaka goes alone to check out the suicide site in the old building, as Shiki does not want to wake up this early. While there, Oji finds her and requests that Azaka pray with her in the chapel, after praying, she reveal she is the one using the fairies to erase everyone's memories, and tries to erase Azaka's memory, and that she killed Hideo Hayama (the teacher who went missing) and used his body to create the fairies (as you need a corpse of some kind to create a familiar). Azaka is knocked unconscious from behind by one of the fairies, but she retains her memory and is found by Satsuki Kurogiri, the teacher replacing Hideo Hayama.

The 10th Division, led by Tōshirō Hitsugaya and Rangiku Matsumoto are sent to escort an artifact known as the "King's Seal" or "Oin", which is stolen during transport from the Soul Society by an unidentified and masked Soul Reaper and two mysterious Arrancar resembling girls who control fire and lightning. During the attack, Hitsugaya corners and seems to recognize the Soul Reaper, who wounds him and leaves. In the middle of battle, Hitsugaya abandons his post to pursue him and leaves his squad behind to fend for themselves. After the battle, the Soul Society suspects Hitsugaya of treason and orders his immediate capture. The whole 10th Squad is then put under house arrest at which time they can surmise whether or not the division should be abolished.

Tomoya Okazaki is a male third-year high school student who does not feel at home anymore. He used to play basketball, his distant father works the night shift, and his mother died in an accident when he was a child. He simply goes to school in Hikarizara for no reason and does not have any interest in school activities. One day, Tomoya meets a third-year girl from his school early in the year named Nagisa Furukawa. Nagisa is repeating her last year due to illness most of the previous year, and she does not know what to do. Tomoya suggests she finds something new to do at school, and she comes up with restarting the Drama Club. By the time the sakura trees are done blooming, Nagisa has already started hand-making posters advertising the drama club's reformation, with an old group mascot called "The Big Dango Family". Tomoya, and his good friend Youhei Sunohara who used to play soccer, help Nagisa with putting them up around the school, but the student council president, Tomoyo Sakagami, and Kyou Fujibayashi, quickly goes around; uses red paint to deface the posters and write 'invalid' on them because of school policy. This angers Youhei greatly and he beats up one of the student council members despite Tomoyo's and Kyou's warning; Tomoya also takes a stand for Nagisa.

Ichigo Kurosaki and Rukia Kuchiki rescue a plus soul and defeat a hollow in a local park. Afterwards, they send the soul off to Soul Society. Comically, Ichigo finds his body under custody of local paramedics, (having turned into a Soul Reaper) without placing an artificial soul within his body. With Rukia's assistance, Ichigo successfully flees. Soon after, unidentified ghost-like spirits begin to appear in Karakura Town, before a mysterious Soul Reaper named Senna appears and destroys the spirits. Ichigo, Rukia and Kon (a mod soul inside Ichigo's body), then confront her, but she refuses to answer any questions and leaves. In the midst of said battle, Kon stumbles upon a shadowy figure equipped with dark armor, standing amongst the spirits. Ichigo follows Senna, while Rukia returns to the Soul Society in search of answers.
