Shannon Bolin (born January 1, 1917) is an American actress and singer. She was born in Spencer, South Dakota. And is a member of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. She portrayed Meg Boyd in both the original Broadway production and the film version of Damn Yankees.

Her other stage roles include: The Golden Apple (as Mrs. Juniper), Only in America (as Kate Golden), The Student Gypsy (as Zampa Allescu) Take Me Along (as Lily), Xmas in Las Vegas (as Eleanor Wellspot), and Helen Goes to Troy, for which she used the pseudonym of Anne Bolin.

She did radio work in New York City for the Theatre Guild of the Air production of Allegro. She sang Brahms lieder on WQXR for the Stromberg-Carlson series. She appeared on television in the NBC Opera Theatre production of Suor Angelica, in which she played the Princess, and the Jackie Gleason Show, a special titled "The Christmas List" as Gleason's wife.

Bolin worked with Marc Blitzstein on Regina the opera based on The Little Foxes. She played the alternate lead when the work debuted on Broadway. Bolin also appeared in a concert version of the opera Barbara Allen by David Broekman, conducted by Maurice Levine. She also appeared in a concert version of Morton Gould's opera Desire Under the Elms, based on the Eugene O'Neill play. Among the venues in which she sang was Café Society Uptown.

Jim and Slim, a couple of workers at a chemical plant in the fictional New England town of Ravensback, decide to call it a day and head for the bar. Unfortunately, a large buildup of pressure leaks from one of the pipes, forming a yellow toxic cloud that drifts across the ground. Meanwhile, a school bus is taking children home. After dropping one child off, Kathy, there are only five children left on the bus: Paul MacKenize, Jenny Freemont, Ellen Chandler, Tommy Button, and Janet Shore. Kathy's mom arrives to pick her up and drives past the school bus. She waves to the children, as they are singing road songs. Suddenly the bus passes through the toxic cloud. Kathy arrives home, but the school bus is detained somewhere.
