Stephanie Margarita Farrow (born June 3, 1949) is an American actress.

She is the daughter of film director John Farrow and actress Maureen O'Sullivan. She is also the sister of actress Mia Farrow, and has five other siblings: Michael (1939–1958), Patrick (1942–2009), John (born 1946), Prudence, and Tisa.

Stephanie Farrow during her early career was a model and actress. She was featured on the cover of Harper's Bazaar, among others, and had supporting roles in the 1980s films Zelig, The Purple Rose of Cairo, and Exposed. Farrow also appeared in several TV commercials during her modeling years.

Set in the 1920s and 1930s, the film focuses on Leonard Zelig (Woody Allen), a nondescript man who has the ability to transform his appearance to that of the people who surround him. He is first observed at a party by F. Scott Fitzgerald, who notes that Zelig related to the affluent guests in a thick, refined accent and shared their Republican sympathies, but while in the kitchen with the servants he adopted a ruder tone, and seemed to be more of a Democrat. He soon gains international fame as a "human chameleon".
