Steven Williams (born January 7, 1949) is an American actor of films and television.
Williams was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Chicago. He is known for his role as Captain Adam Fuller on the Fox Network's hit TV series 21 Jump Street from 1987-91.
He played Lt. Burnett on the CBS drama series The Equalizer in 1989. He later played Det. August Brooks on the short lived TNT's L.A. Heat in 1996. Steven also had a recurring role as X on the Fox hit science fiction series The X-Files. He later played Russell "Linc" Lincoln in Linc's.
He appeared in The Blues Brothers (1980) as Trooper Mount. Other film roles include playing Nester in the 1985 sequel film Missing in Action 2: The Beginning, and in the 1993 horror film Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday as a bounty hunter named Creighton Duke.
Steven has also made many guest starring appearances on television shows, including The Dukes of Hazzard, The A-Team, Booker, MacGyver, Stargate SG-1, Martin, Veronica Mars, The Bernie Mac Show, Criminal Minds and Supernatural.
He is the uncle of cartoonist Aaron Williams.

A Los Angeles Police Department veteran 9-1-1 operator, Jordan Turner (Berry), receives a call one night from a teenage girl, Leah Templeton (Evie Thompson), fearing for her life as a man breaks into her home. Jordan calmly advises her to conceal herself upstairs, but when the call is disconnected, Jordan calls Leah back, a decision that later costs Leah her life, as the ringing phone gives her location away to the intruder. The story takes place in the fictional small town of Lode, New Mexico, where just about all of the male townsfolk work for a copper mining plant, including Power (Gold). Power (whose name was given to him by his father so he could grow up strong) lives with his Aunt Joanie (Lynch) and is always shown air-drumming to music, even when at work. It turns out he air-drums because his father never could afford to buy him drums. He does his air-drumming at a talent show in a local bar, where his only praise comes from a young boy. Unfortunately, the mining plant is poised to strike, but Power is fired for a mishap that is one too many just beforehand, therefore he cannot join in. Disappointed, he stumbles upon an ad for an underground air-drumming place about forty miles south of them just across the border in Mexico. The boy lends him his dirt bike to get there, but he ends up losing it while there.

Ranger Captain Walker and Rangers Francis Gage and Rhett Harper are involved in a shooting at a bank where a group of robbers hijack the operators. Ranger Harper kills two of the robbers while the leader is able to escape. A form of guidance missile accidentally ends up in the hands of a thirteen-year-old who does not know that three Koreans, who are very skilled in combat, is what they're looking for. The criminals go to the kid's house where they kill his father. The boy manages to escape, but the criminals remit to look for work. Sitting alone at a roadside bar in Arizona, Fred "Rabbit" Smith (Williams) drinks nervously. Two people named Jack La Roca (Phillips) and Stephanie (Petty) enter the bar. Rabbit uses the restroom followed by Jack who handcuffs him. He reveals that he and Steph are Federal Marshals assigned to capture Rabbit and bring him to court in Los Angeles to testify against a mob boss named Benny (Sven-Ole Thorsen) who Rabbit used to work for. He was originally going to testify in exchange for full immunity but ran after learning the mob joined forces with the Russians. They are hunting him, too. Jack calls for a Suburban driven by four other marshals to pick them up before Benny and his mob arrive with heavy firepower. They leave out the back and battle the assassins until marshals; Nick, Mary, PT and Joe arrive between them. They manage to kill all assassins but Benny. Jack and Rabbit use Rabbit's car to escape in the same path as the other marshals (including Steph in the truck). Jack manages to shoot Benny's tires out before leaving.
