Takahiro Sakurai (櫻井 孝宏, Sakurai Takahiro, born June 13, 1974) is a Japanese voice actor who was born in Aichi. He was a member of 81 Produce and since July 20 of 2014 is attached with INTENTION, the management company established by Kenichi Suzumura, one of his good friends; his height is 1.76 m (5 ft 9 in).
Many of his roles are handsome (and mostly charming) men. However, he has also voiced reluctant heroes (such as Mega Man X) as well as the occasional villain (Maximilien Robespierre in Le Chevalier D'Eon, Hiltz in Zoids: Guardian Force and Sasori in Naruto Shippūden). Sometimes, he is also typecast to play angsty and arrogant young men (such as his famous rendition of Cloud Strife in Compilation of Final Fantasy VII), and also loner characters such as Izuru Kira in Bleach. Four years (2116AD) after the death of Shogo Makishima and the disappearance of Shinya Kōgami, the Japanese government has begun to export the Sibyl System technology to other countries, with plans to ultimately spread it throughout the world. A state in the midst of a civil war, SEAUn (the South East Asia Union, pronounced "shian"), brings in the Sibyl System as an experiment, and the coastal town of Shambala Float achieves temporary peace and safety. At the Energy Management Center, the Buddyloids question their Go-Buster partners' dependence on them before they are alerted to an attack on the Soujou District. Upon arriving and seeing what looks like a black pirate ship attacking, the Go-Busters before encounter the Space Empire Zangyack's new emperor Bacchus Gil and who they recognize as the Gokaigers. While Buster Hercules deals with the black Gokai Galleon, the Go-Busters fight the Gokaigers before Gokai Silver arrives. Giving his team the Google V and Timeranger Keys, Gokai Silver is confused over what is going on as Enter arrives with a case holding four Ranger Keys while obtaining a red one to complete what he called phantom Ranger Keys. However, a time vortex opens from the Keys' unstable power, with Enter keeping the red Ranger Key while the rest are sucked in along with the Gokaigers, Yoko, Gorisaki, and Beet J. Stag. Soon after, captured upon arriving, Navi reveals how she and Gai last saw their friends when their attack on the Zangyack home world ended with them being defeated by Bacchus in conjunction with his alliance with the Vaglass.

The Detective Boys attend a promotional event where the J. League play soccer with children. There, the group are introduced to several people. The next day, the Detective Boys watch the soccer match at Touto Stadium. Kogoro Mori receives a phone call from a bomber who relays the location of a bomb in the form of a riddle. The riddle reads "Blue zebra and blue boy, rain from above, people from below, their left hand, as it is shows, the tree on the left. Ran Mori relays the riddle to Shinichi Kudo allowing Conan to decipher it. The blue zebra and boy refer to the mascots of the teams currently playing at Touto stadium. The rest of the riddle is a play on kanji; The top part of Rain (雨, Ame), bottom part of People (人, Hito), left of Hand (手, Te), Show (示, Shī) as it is, and the left of Tree (木, Ki). Filling in the missing parts of the kanji and adding them together forms the word Electronic Scoreboard (電光掲示板, Denkō Keijiban). With little time to evacuate the spectators, Conan traverses up the infrastructure and arranges the explosives so the scoreboard falls in a safe location.

The film begins with the Gokai Galleon being chased by the Super Dimensional Highspeed Ship Dolgiran before crashing into the bay. The Gokaigers (sans Gai, who was sent off to buy dinner for them before this incident) confront the legendary Space Sheriff Gavan, who quickly defeats and apprehends them - despite their protests that the Special Police Dekaranger cleared them of all charges claimed by the Space Empire Zangyack. Retsu Ichijouji delivers his prisoners to Space Police Chief Weeval, who reveals himself as Ashurada, a member of the Zangyack Empire and descendant of Don Horror. After revealing his capture of the Gokaigers as a ploy to expose Chief Weeval's true motives, Retsu frees the crew by remotely unlocking their handcuffs, saving them from the firing squad before telling them to leave the premises. In the midst of the battle, the salute given by Retsu triggers a flashback in Captain Marvelous' mind. The Goujyu Drill arrives at the scene to pick up the Gokaigers while Gavan is captured by Ashurada and his creation Gavan Bootleg before they disappear into Makuu Space.

The 10th Division, led by Tōshirō Hitsugaya and Rangiku Matsumoto are sent to escort an artifact known as the "King's Seal" or "Oin", which is stolen during transport from the Soul Society by an unidentified and masked Soul Reaper and two mysterious Arrancar resembling girls who control fire and lightning. During the attack, Hitsugaya corners and seems to recognize the Soul Reaper, who wounds him and leaves. In the middle of battle, Hitsugaya abandons his post to pursue him and leaves his squad behind to fend for themselves. After the battle, the Soul Society suspects Hitsugaya of treason and orders his immediate capture. The whole 10th Squad is then put under house arrest at which time they can surmise whether or not the division should be abolished.

By the 2060s, robotics technology has become extremely advanced, including cybernetics. World opinion begins to turn against robotics, leading to the U.N. declaring a unilateral ban on further research in 2067. Japan, being home to robotics pioneer Daiwa Heavy Industries, strongly protests this ban, but is unable to prevent its passage. In protest, Japan withdraws from international politics. All foreigners are deported, and further immigration is prohibited. In addition, the R.A.C.E. network is constructed — 270 off-shore installations that cover Japan with an energy field, nullifying all communication with the outside world and making satellite surveillance impossible. Trade and diplomacy continues, but Japan vanishes from the world scene.

Ichigo Kurosaki and Rukia Kuchiki rescue a plus soul and defeat a hollow in a local park. Afterwards, they send the soul off to Soul Society. Comically, Ichigo finds his body under custody of local paramedics, (having turned into a Soul Reaper) without placing an artificial soul within his body. With Rukia's assistance, Ichigo successfully flees. Soon after, unidentified ghost-like spirits begin to appear in Karakura Town, before a mysterious Soul Reaper named Senna appears and destroys the spirits. Ichigo, Rukia and Kon (a mod soul inside Ichigo's body), then confront her, but she refuses to answer any questions and leaves. In the midst of said battle, Kon stumbles upon a shadowy figure equipped with dark armor, standing amongst the spirits. Ichigo follows Senna, while Rukia returns to the Soul Society in search of answers.
