Oriko Seki (Okko) est une jeune fille ayant perdu ses parents lors d'un accident de voiture. In the story, Shin-chan and the Kasukabe defence group members were supposed to go to the B-class Gourmet Carnival. The film begins with Shin and his family attending a convention that dates back to the 20th century.
