Thomas Bo Larsen (born 27 November 1963) is a Danish film actor, born in Gladsaxe, Denmark.

He's been married to Patricia Schumann since 2001, and currently lives in Copenhagen.

He was nominated for a Bodil Award in 1995 for Best Supporting Actor in "Sidste time", and later won two Robert Awards, the first in 1996 for Best Actor in "De største helte", and a second one in 1998 for Best Supporting Actor for his role in "Festen" by Thomas Vinterberg.

He has appeared in 54 movies since 1984.

Two police officers, Andreas and Simon, live very different lives. The teenage members of a group of self-proclaimed pacifists decide to carry guns. They call themselves The Dandies. Their club is assembled from the young misfits in a fictional small American mining town, Electric Park. Alfredo López is an exasperated encyclopedia salesman for the Montoya Publishing House and lives with his faithful wife Carmen in 1973 Spain. Carmen and Alfredo are offered by the Montoya Publishing House to create pornographic films that will be imported into Scandinavian countries under the pretence of being an audiovisual encyclopedia of human reproduction. They have no other choice as Alfredo's encyclopedia sales are practically zero and Carmen loses her job. Unknowingly, Carmen becomes an adult film star in the Northern European countries though they are well-paid for their films. In the meantime Alfredo and Carmen are trying to have a child and Carmen discovers that Alfredo has a sperm count of zero.

Le film se déroule dans l'Arctique au début du XXI siècle. Un couple d'ours se prépare à la venue au monde de leur ourson en bavardant avec un corbeau maladroit. Par malheur, ils sont pris en chasse par une meute de loups, auxquels ils échappent après une poursuite mouvementée ; mais quelque temps après, l'ourse donne naissance à un ourson mort-né. Au même moment, l'épouse d'un chasseur inuit accouche d'un fils en pleine santé qu'ils nomment « Petit Ours ». Pendant ce temps, l'ourse est inconsolable après la mort de son petit. L'ours tente de la consoler par tous les moyens, puis, désespéré, erre sur la glace et arrive aux abords de la maison du chasseur au moment où celui-ci est absent. Il s'approche de la maison, aperçoit le nouveau-né et profite d'un moment où la mère a le dos tourné pour entrer dans la maison et s'emparer du petit. Malgré les efforts de la femme, il parvient à s'enfuir. Dès son retour, le chasseur se lance à la poursuite de l'ourse mais ne parvient pas à le rattraper.
