Todd Lowe (born May 10, 1977) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Terry Bellefleur on HBO's True Blood, and as Zach Van Gerbig on Gilmore Girls. Lowe most recently played Terry Bellefleur on HBO's True Blood, a PTSD-suffering Iraqi War veteran who works as a short order cook at Merlotte's Bar & Grill.
In addition to television and film, Todd has starred in over twenty stage productions and has worked on several plays written by playwright Justin Tanner.
Lowe has been a singer and guitarist for Pilbilly Knights, a country-rock band based in Los Angeles. The band released a compact disc, California Nigth Club (sic) in January 2007. He is currently a member of another rock country band, The LA Hootenanny.
Lowe is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1999. While looking for jobs as an actor, Lowe worked as a substitute teacher.

Natasha Martin (Nadia Bjorlin) is a beautiful auto mechanic and aspiring musician who is invited to join music producer Infamous (Eddie Griffin) aboard his private jet en route to Las Vegas in appreciation of her services on his Ford GT. She is also a highly skilled race car driver, but is sometimes haunted by memories of her father's death at a NASCAR race many years ago. Meanwhile, on another side of town, Carlo (Nathan Phillips) has just returned from a tour of duty in Iraq. He meets up with his brother Jason (Jesse Johnson) before heading to Vegas themselves. Carlo is not happy that Jason is living with their mob boss uncle Michael D'Orazio (Angus Macfadyen), whom he always sees as the cause of their family's destruction. The story focuses on the Turtles in the days leading up to and following the success of their single "Happy Together". Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman receive their draft cards and Frank Zappa tells them to seek advice from Herb Cohen, Zappa's manager and Kaylan's cousin, to avoid being drafted in the Vietnam War. Cohen advises Kaylan to show up to the draft board intoxicated from drug use, not to bathe or sleep, and to behave so obnoxiously that the Army will not draft him, leading Kaylan and Volman to engage in a sleepless night of marijuana smoking before their draft review, which they fail due to being high while taking the tests, and Kaylan pretending to be homosexual in front of the physician and expressing psychotic views to the psychiatrist.
