Togo Igawa (伊川 東吾, Igawa Togo), born in Tokyo on 26 September 1946, is a Japanese actor who works primarily in British films and television.
In recent years he has had roles in major motion pictures such as Revolver, Memoirs of a Geisha and The Last Samurai. He has also appeared in the Israeli movie A Matter of Size and the Thomas & Friends movies Hero of the Rails and Misty Island Rescue in 2009 and 2010. Additionally Igawa provides the voice for the character Professor Moshimo on the cartoon series Robotboy and the voice for the character Hiro, who first appeared in Hero of the Rails, in Thomas and Friends. He appears in 2011's Johnny English Reborn, the sequel to Johnny English, as English's Tibetan guru, and is in the 2013 film Gambit playing businessman Takagawa.
Igawa voiced the main villain Colonel Lee in the video game Crysis Warhead and the Yakuza character Jiro in the video game Payday 2.
He became the first Japanese member of The Royal Shakespeare Company in 1986.

Everly (Salma Hayek), a prostitute working for the brutal criminal overlord Taiko (Hiroyuki Watanabe), is being attacked in her apartment by Taiko's enforcers after he discovers that she has been working with the police to bring down his organization. However, though Taiko expected his men to kill her easily after torturing her, Everly retrieves a gun she had hidden and manages to kill all of her attackers. Taiko then begins a sadistic game of toying with Everly, dispatching numerous hired killers and offering the other prostitutes in the building (which he presumably owns) a bounty if they manage to kill her. British art curator Harry Deane (Colin Firth) decides to seek revenge on his abusive boss Lord Shabandar (Alan Rickman) by conning him into buying a fake Monet ("Haystacks at Dusk"), a painting that has been missing since 1945, after being plundered by the Nazis. He teams up with a master art forger, the Major, and travels to Alpine, Texas to find rodeo queen, PJ Puznowski (Cameron Diaz) whom he plans to recruit in his scheme. Harry envisions the plan in his head, and goes to a bar to talk to PJ. PJ's friend Merle, angered by his advances, punches Harry in the face and a bar fight is started. PJ walks outside to find Harry and the Major cleaning their wounds, and they talk to her about the deal. She agrees and the next day the three drive out to PJ's grandmother's mobile home out in the desert. They hang the fake Monet on the wall and take a picture with the painting in the background. The picture is to appear with an article on the rodeo queen that will be published in a magazine that is part of Shabandar's media empire.

A new Sodor Search and Rescue Center is being built for Harold, Rocky and Captain, a new lifeboat. Jobi wood is needed in order to build it, delivered from Hiro's homeland. All the engines want to help deliver the Jobi wood. Meanwhile, Diesel feels insulted after Thomas teased him for not being a steam engine. Diesel tries to prove his point by taking the Jobi wood himself, resulting in a chase between him and Thomas, and all the Jobi wood being lost in the sea after Diesel almost fell off an unfinished bridge. Thomas is rewarded with collecting new wood after rescuing Diesel from the bridge. Being told there is no room on the boat, Thomas asks to be carried on a raft behind the boat. However, along the way, the rope to the raft breaks and Thomas floats away to a nearby island, Misty Island.

Paloma is an 11-year-old girl quietly and unhappily living in a luxurious Paris apartment with her family. The film begins in Nanking during late 1937, where German businessman John Rabe, director of the local Siemens subsidiary, and his wife Dora have resided for almost thirty years. One summer on the Island of Sodor, Spencer (voiced by UK: Matt Wilkinson/US: Glenn Wrage) arrives to help the Duke (voiced by UK: Matt Wilkinson/US: William Hope) and Duchess (voiced by UK: Teresa Gallagher/US: Jules de Jongh) with the construction of their new summer house. Thomas's brakes fail after climbing a tall hill, and he runs out of control through an overgrown, abandoned line. There, Thomas finds an old abandoned Japanese engine named Hiro (voiced by Togo Igawa). Hiro doesn't want the Fat Controller (voiced by UK: Keith Wickham/US: Kerry Shale) to find out, fearing he will be scrapped, so Thomas promises to keep him his secret and work to make Hiro "Master of the Railway" once again. Later, he's taken to the Sodor Steamworks for repairs, where he finds old parts for Hiro. He takes them with permission from Victor (voiced by UK: Matt Wilkinson/US: David Bedella), the Steamworks engine, only to discover that Hiro's hiding place is dangerously close to the Duke and Duchess's new summer house.
