Rafael Antonio Olivier (born May 12, 1958 in San Juan, Puerto Rico), better known as Tony Oliver, is an American voice actor best known for voicing Rick Hunter from Robotech and Arsène Lupin III from Lupin III. He has also done voicework in various Power Rangers series (one of his best-known roles being that of Saba in MMPR), and has also written several episodes of Power Rangers, between MMPR Season 1 and Power Rangers Turbo. He was also the supervising producer for the series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, VR Troopers, and Masked Rider, as well as the co-producer for Power Rangers: Zeo. He is currently the voice of Ulquiorra Cifer in the anime Bleach and Minato Namikaze in Naruto Shippuden.

Après les événements survenus à Tall Oaks et Lanshiang, Chris Redfield du BSAA, rejoint huit soldats de l'armée mexicaine en tant qu'observateur dans la région de Querétaro pour appréhender un trafiquant d'armes biologiques, Glenn Arias, et sauver des otages dans un manoir lié à une opération de contrebande d'armes biologiques remplit de zombies infectés par une nouvelle souche virale. Là, il trouve Glenn Arias, mais ce dernier s'enfuit quand le manoir explose. Chris vient ensuite à la rencontre d'une amie et conseillère du BSAA, le Dr. Rebecca Chambers, qui commence à développer des médicaments pour combattre le virus rencontré dans le manoir. Le laboratoire est attaqué par l'une des complices d'Arias après la fin des recherches de Rebecca, que Chris sauve d'une infection. Après l'attaque, ils décident de rejoindre Leon S. Kennedy qui pourrait les aider à arrêter Arias. Concluant qu'Arias est impliqué dans une attaque terroriste à venir, ils se rendent à New York pour le trouver avant qu'elle ne puisse se dérouler.

In the future, on the planet Dorothy, a world dominated by canine humanoids, duck's ass-hairstyle wearing "Sweet" JP races in the planet's Yellowline car race, a final elimination race despite two interplanetary wars to the most popular race in the galaxy, the Redline. The crowd is watching the race on an outdoor giant monitor screen in the desert town of the Water Stop. His mechanic, Joshua "Frisbee" Flathead, is watching the televised race with a mafia boss. The gambling boss is concerned that JP might attempt to win the fixed race but Frisbee reassures him that JP needs bail bond funds from the pay-off. JP attempts to win anyway while Frisbee resorts to using a remote detonator transmitter hidden in the palm of his hand which the mob boss doesn't notice, causing JP's TransAM20000 to explode and making the 'Crab Sonoshee Sea' hovercraft piloted by female racer Sonoshee "Cherry Boy Hunter" McLaren the winner.

Background In June 2044, the Robotech Expeditionary Force (REF) fleet gathers at Moon Base ALUCE for its final attempt to drive the alien Invid from the Earth. On 16 July 1988, an orb of light destroys Tokyo and World War III begins. Thirty-one years later, in the city of Neo-Tokyo, Shotaro Kaneda has his bōsōzoku gang, the Capsules, battle their rival gang, the Clowns. After a global-scale nuclear war, the majority of earth's surface has become a wasteland, with most of the world's survivors fighting over the few uncontaminated food and water supplies. Kenshiro, the master of the deadly martial art Hokuto Shinken, is traveling with his fiancee Yuria (Julia in English version) when they are confronted by Ken's former friend Shin of the Nanto Seiken. After defeating Ken in combat, Shin engraves seven wounds on Ken's chest and leaves him for dead, taking Yuria with him.
