Tsianina Joelson (pronounced "Cha'-nee-na", born Tsianina Marie Means on January 16, 1975), or Tsianina Lohmann, is an American actress, fitness model, and former beauty queen.

Joelson was born in 1975 in Coquille, Oregon to Ken and Betty Means. She was crowned Miss Coos County in 1993. She was married to former football player Greg Joelson when she won Fitness America's Miss Fitness USA competition in 1997. She married Michael Lohmann in 2004.

Joelson is known for her role as the co-host for the MTV series The Daily Burn. Her most recognized movie role is for the 2000 film Bring It On, where she played cheerleader Darcy. She also played the role of Varia, an Amazon, on Xena: Warrior Princess with four appearances.

After breaking up for the summer, the four friends regroup for a party held by Stifler (Seann William Scott), their overtly sex-crazed class clown and friend. His party is shut down thanks in part to the neighbors calling the police. Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas) is inspired by his brother to make his summer with his friends count by renting a beach home. He, Jim, Oz and Finch plan to take off to a beach house together, where they intend to spend the summer. Kevin realizes a problem and worked out that they can only afford the house if they have a fifth member to work along with them. Stifler takes charge of much of the organizing, often ending up leading the group in their endeavors.

Jennifer Burrows and Ryan Walker meet as 12-year-olds aboard an airplane, and are immediately at odds; she is a free spirit, while he is deliberate and serious. Several years later, Ryan is mascot to his high school, while Jennifer is elected Homecoming Queen of hers. During the halftime ceremony between the two schools, Ryan is chased by the rival mascots and loses his mascot head, only to find it run over by Jennifer's ceremonial car. Torrance Shipman, a student at Rancho Carne High School in San Diego, anxiously dreams about her first day of senior year. Her boyfriend, Aaron has left for college, and her cheerleading squad, the Toros, is aiming for a sixth consecutive national title. Torrance is elected to replace the team captain, "Big Red," who is graduating. Soon, however, teammate Carver is injured and can no longer compete. Torrance replaces her with Missy Pantone, a gymnast who recently transferred to the school with her brother Cliff, with whom Torrance develops a flirtatious friendship. While watching the Toros practice, Missy recognizes their routines from a rival squad that her previous high school used to compete against. After accusing Torrance of being a liar and stealing (and upon seeing Torrance's angry reaction, thus realizing Torrance was completely unaware) she drives Torrance to Los Angeles, where they watch the East Compton Clovers perform routines that are virtually identical to their own team's. Isis, the Clovers' team captain, angrily confronts the two. Torrance learns that "Big Red" regularly attended the Clovers' practices to videotape and steal their routines.
