Saravanan (Vishal) is a person in Ooty who runs a business of gathering people for politicians. One day he met Maya (Hansika) and fell for her. However, Rajshekar (Santhanam) also falls in love with her. Saravanan convinced Rajshekar to not fall for Maya by talking about the expenses high class people require. Rajshekar is a police inspector. Due to several mishaps caused, he was fired and started working as a hotel doorman. He was shocked to find Saravanan and Maya going out together. He asked Saravanan how he made Maya to fall in love with him. As Saravanan finished his story it was revealed that it was Saravanan who indirectly caused those mishaps to Rajshekar. Rajshekar enraged hired Kumaran (Vaibhav), who is a specialist in breaking other's love. Kumaran then sends Andrea Jeremiah who shows an edited photo of her and Saravanan together and how a child mistook Saravanan for her father. This causes a conflict in the relationship of Saravanan and Maya. Due to love failure Saravanan consumed alcohol and was unconscious. Kumaran who was also at the bar helped Saravanan and dropped him at his house. Saravanan's mother, Thulasi (Tulasi) who was ashamed of Saravanan's behaviour send him to meet his father Aalavanthan (Prabhu) and his younger brother Shakti (Sathish) at Madurai.There they meet Alavanthan and rejoins him. They also come to know that Kumaran is also the son of Alavanthan's ex- lover. Alavanthan reveals to his sons that they have 3 aunts (Ramya Krishnan), (Aishwarya), (Kiran Rathod). Alavanthan wants his sons to marry the daughters of their aunts so that their family could reunite once and for all. At first Saravanan hesitates but when he finds Maya is also a daughter of his aunt he agrees to the plan. The village people mistook them as police posted to their village, which helps the trio to sneak into their aunts house. There their uncles help them to create affection to their daughters. Their aunts daughters also starts to reciprocate love to the trio. Their elder aunt (Ramya Krishnan) decides to participate in the MLA election in their provinces, but villan Pasupathy current MLA of the provinces and ex-servant of Alavanthan's family provokes her by saying that if he lose to her he will work at her home as servant but if she loses her daughter Maya will be married to his son. Saravanan then helps his aunt to win the elections. However a few days before the elections Saravanan's aunts find out that saravanan's father is their brother Alavanthan who was seen as the murderer of their father. their hatred towards Alavanthaan results in them getting Saravanan and his brothers caught in police and Alavanthaan is hurt by his sisters' harsh words at him. He suddenly got a heart attack and is admitted in the hosipital. As Saravanan and his brothers are stuck in jail, his aunt had lost many of the peoples hope for voting her due to Pasupathy's evil plans in causing misunderstandings. Then Sarvanan uses RDX, to stop Pasputhy's evil plans. Then when Pasaputhy tries to bribe people with money, Sarvanan and Kumaran cause some mishap and the tables turn giving Periya Poonu the edge. There Pasupathy comes with a mob and tries to kill the whole family and take Maya, but Sarvanan and Maya unite in a different location, and then fights Pasupathy and his son giving the victory. It was also revieled that Pasupathy killed Aalavanthan's father not Aalavanthan. There Aalavanthan and the whole family unite, and Maya weds Saravanan.

Centuries ago, Sri Raja Keerthi Ravi Varma promises to build a huge temple for a swayambhu idol of Kartikeya if the latter saves his kingdom from drought. It regains normalcy after unexpected rains and Varma constructs a huge temple under the supervision of Vishvakarma. On the night of every Karthika Pournami, huge white light is emitted the temple since its origin and people believed it as Kartikeya's presence and blessings. Chandu (Nagarjuna) is a very selfish, self-made and cutthroat businessman in New York who runs a successful Event Organizing Agency and is aided by his uncle Sundar (M. S. Maya loves Chandu but as fate would have it, She marries Kamaraju (Brahmanandam), an aged yet wealthy doctor to rob his wealth. On the advice of Chandu, she applies for divorce and gets the money from him. However, she realizes that Chandu dumped her and makes a plan to teach him a lesson. She manipulates the terms and conditions of the agreement entered between Chandu and another big businessman PR (Ashish Vidyarthi) regarding organizing a charity show. According to the fraudulent terms since the show was unsuccessful, PR gets every right to recover the whole consignment amount from PR. Chandu lands in financial soup and is desperately in need of Money. Thus, he finally decides to visit his grandparents in India who is hoping to meet him since years.

Corrupt Central Minister (Rao Ramesh), is facing accusations over possessing black money of one hundred thousand crore, and money laundering it into Europe, through his un-suspecting daughter, Akanksha (Catherine Tresa), a psychology student who goes to Barcelona to pursue higher education. Adi Shankara (Kaushik Babu) is born at Kaladi of Kerala state to a Brahmin family. Soon Adi Shankara is born Agni Deva (Tanikella Bharani) says to Rudraksha Rushi (Mohan Babu) that he has only 8 years of life. So Rudraksha Rushi gives 24 years of life to Shankara from his span, at a cycle of every 8 years whenever Shakara's life is in trouble. After his father's death Shankara shows his remarkable power in acquiring mastery over four Vedas at the age of eight. When he is caught by a crocodile in Purna River, he seeks the permission of his mother to become Sanyasi and then only the crocodile leaves him. Reluctantly, his mother accepts his proposal and then the crocodile disappears. In search of a guru, he leaves for North India. Then he finds his guru, Govinda Bhagavatpada (Srihari). The guru teaches him 'Jala Stambhana', 'Agnisthambana','Vaayusthambana' and 'Parakaya Pravesha' (leaving one's own soul and entering others) etc. skills. Soon, Shankara decides to preach his Advaita Vedanta philosophy to the people who are quarreling among themselves in the name of castes and religions. Shankara teaches a lesson to one such person, Kapalikudu (Suman), who is responsible for the quarrels among the people. In another sequence, a Chandala (Nagarjuna Akkineni) proves to Shankara that all the people are equal before god. During his philosophical tour, Shankara gets a chance to debate with Mandana Misra (Sai Kumar). While Misra I about to give up, his wife Ubhaya Bharathi (Kamalinee Mukherjee) challenges Shankara by asking some question on sex and related questions. As he being a Sanyasi, he can't answer her questions. He then asks for a recess of 15 days. He later, do parakaya Pravesha and enters the dead body of a king (Mynampati Sreerama Chandra) then he makes love with the king's wives (Kamna Jethmalani) and learns and gets the answers for the questions posed by Udaya Bharathi. Although being a sage, he performs the rituals of his mother. This factor irks the elders of his religion. However, they repent for their act later. Finally, having occupied 'Sarvagnapeetha' of Kashmir, he gets salvation and disappears in Lord Shiva (Chiranjeevi).

Sivakumar (Vishal) is an ordinary guy who owns a mobile sales and service center in Madurai who falls for a school teacher Malar (Lakshmi Menon). His father Kalyanasundaram (Bharathiraja), a retired government employee shows much care on Sivakumar's elder brother. Meanwhile there is big mafia gang led by Simmakkal Ravi (Sharath Lohitashwa), who rules Madurai with an iron fist. Sethu (Vikranth), a friend of Siva helps him woo Malar. Sethu helps his ex-lover amudha (krithi shetty) to escape from the chief henchmen of Ravi. Sivakumar's brother, an honest government officer gets into Ravi's bad books and is killed by Ravi. Siva learns that Sethu is also killed by Ravi and is infuriated. Now, the helpless father and the meek son draw up separate plans to eliminate Ravi. Kalyanasundaram hires a hit-squad to do his bidding while Sivakumar monitors Ravi's activities closely, biding his time for the right moment. The hit squad makes a failed attempt at Ravi and he in turn tracks the source down to an 'old man' (Kalyanasundaram). Just as Kalyanasundaram is about to be 'found out' in a trap set by Ravi, Sivakumar interferes and manages to secure his father out without his knowledge. Sivakumar continues to be on Ravi's heels but he too gets exposed and the story culminates with Sivakumar mustering up all his courage strength out of his survival instinct and kills all of Ravi's associates and Ravi himself. Sivakumar also manages to retrieve the cash his father had paid to the hit-squad; this let's Kalyanasundaram know that Sivakumar was the one responsible for Ravi's death.
