Wei Zongwan (; born 24 November 1938) is a Chinese actor. He has been acting since the 1980s and has appeared in over 70 films and television shows.

He has won the Golden Rooster Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in San Mao Joins The Army (1993), and was nominated in the Macao Internal Film Festival for Best Supporting Actor for his role in A Singing Fairy (2010).

The film is set in China in the 1860s, during the Taiping Rebellion. It is based on the assassination of Ma Xinyi in 1870. In the beginning, there is a battle between loyal-ists and rebels, during which all of the loyal-ists are killed except Qingyun, the general.
