Yigal Naor (Hebrew: יגאל נאור‎; born 1958) is an Israeli actor.

Naor was born in Givatayim of Iraqi Jewish descent. He has appeared in the American films Munich, Green Zone and Rendition. Naor portrays Saddam Hussein in the four episode House of Saddam television docudrama from BBC and HBO (2008), in an acclaimed performance. In Season 5, Episode 4 of Homeland (TV series), he portrays General Youssef, a high ranking Syrian military officer whom the CIA wants to install in place of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.

Munich begins with a depiction of the events of the 1972 Munich Olympics and then cuts to the home of Prime Minister of Israel Golda Meir, where Avner Kaufman (Eric Bana), a Mossad agent of German-Jewish descent, is chosen to lead an assassination mission against 11 Palestinians allegedly involved in the massacre.
