Yves Corbeil, né le 18 juillet 1944 à Saint-Eugène, est un acteur et animateur de télévision québécois. Il est également animateur de tirages de loterie pour Loto-Québec et prête sa voix pour le doublage québécois des acteurs américains Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ving Rhames, Tim Allen et John Goodman
Animateur télé à partir de 1964, il devient rapidement une vedette du milieu artistique et, tout particulièrement, du réseau de télévision québécois TVA. Il anime pour le réseau privé TVA, l'émission Bonjour Montréal (ancêtre de Salut Bonjour dont il fut aussi chroniqueur) ainsi que plus d'une centaine d'émissions de variétés, en plus de jouer dans quelques téléromans, notamment dans Peau de banane, écrit par Guy Fournier, l'un des gros succès de la télévision québécoise des années 1980. Il apparaît dans la publicité de margarine Fleischman, dans Fais-moi un dessin, ainsi que dans quelques publicités pour les magasins Corbeil électroménagers.
En tant que comédien, il a aussi fait quelques incursions au théâtre, par exemple dans La Nostalgie du paradis (2000) de François Archambault, et même au cinéma, où il apparaît dans L'Amour... et après (Afterglow) d'Alan Rudolph.
La société d'État québécoise responsable de la loterie, Loto-Québec, le choisit comme porte-parole officiel, puis il devient l'animateur de l'émission de loterie Roue de fortune.
Il a souvent doublé en québécois Arnold Schwarzenegger (notamment sur le rôle de Mr. Freeze dans le film Batman et Robin. Il a aussi prêté sa voix à Fred Caillou dans le film La Famille Pierrafeu et a participé à des dessins animés comme Les Contes de la Forêt Verte, dans lequel il jouait l'oiseau qui criait "Dernières Nouvelles...", et a également doublé griffon Graer dans Le Monde de Quest. Il est également la voix du riche texan dans la version québécoise des Simpson.
Dans la saga Star Wars, il double en québécois le rôle de Darth Sidious dans l'épisode I et l'épisode II. Puis, à partir de l'épisode III, il se charge également de son "alter ego" Palpatine (doublé dans les deux films précédents par Benoît Marleau) tout comme dans la série animée The Clone Wars.
Entre 2005 et 2006, Yves Corbeil est parodié par Mario Tessier du duo Les Grandes Gueules, sur les ondes de Radio Énergie. En 2006, le groupe humoristique Les Denis Drolet enregistre également une chanson en son honneur, le considérant comme un absolu génie.
Le 11 décembre 2015, à l'émission Atomes crochus, animée par Alexandre Barrette, il affirme qu'il est daltonien.
Biography

A bee named Barry B. Maggie is the only cow left on the Dixon Ranch after Alameda Slim (a cattle rustler capable of stealing 500 in a single night) stole all the rest of Mr. Dixon's cattle. Dixon sells Maggie to Pearl, a kind and elderly woman who runs a small farm called Patch of Heaven. The local Sheriff arrives to tell Pearl that her bank is cracking down on debtors. Pearl has three days to pay the bank $750, or her farm will be sold to the highest bidder. A month after the events of the first film, General Shang asks Mulan for her hand in marriage and she happily accepts. If the task is not completed within three days, the alliance will crumble, and the Mongols will destroy China.
