Vasu (Manchu Manoj Kumar) is a strong willed reckless guy. He spends most of his time hanging out with his friends, who belong to the same flock. He loves his father (Manikka Vinayagam) and his brother (Rajeev Kanakala) very dearly. His brother is different from him that he is responsible and studious. He ignores his father's words of wisdom and is regularly chided by his father as a good-for-nothing guy. In one such incident he loses the trust and faith of his father as he gets involved in teasing a girl called Vijji (Sadha). That incident makes Vasu realize the importance of having good relationship with his father. But father asks him to prove himself as a responsible man. Vasu travels to Vizag from Tirupati in search of a job. In Vizag, he incidentally meets Vijji again. Meanwhile, there is another girl Pooja (Varshita), who is madly in love with Vasu. With Vasu out to prove a point to his father, finally convinces him and in the process also wins the hand of the heroine. By the end, he also realizes the importance of family values and his love for Vijji.

Venu (Nagarjuna Akkineni) is an orphan and a contractor at Vizag port. Anu (Shriya Saran) is a student in classical singing. Sruthi (Arti Agarwal) is Anu's friend. Anu makes an attempt to elope with her boyfriend Arun. Arun is the son of a Business tycoon JP (Mukesh Rishi). JP sends police across to nab Anu. As police nab Arun, Venu rescues Anu. Anu's father disassociates himself from his daughter. Then Venu takes Anu to his place and gives assurance. Venu finds out where Arun is and gets Anu married to him. JP tells his son that Venu and Anu have an affair as they live together in the same house. Arun gets suspicious about Anu's character and leaves the marriage venue immediately after the marriage. Anu is back in Venu's place. Venu is in the mission of locating Arun and convince him to come back to Anu. As Anu and Venu spend more time together, they get closer. Venu never takes advantage of it and treats Anu like a good friend. Anu pines for Arun but comes to know that Arun is getting married to the Minister's daughter. Venu goes to the engagement venue and tries to stop Arun from getting engaged. Anu comes and slaps Arun, saying that their marriage is over. She goes for a singing competition with Venu accompanying her. She wins the competition as well as her father's love. Arun, meanwhile tries to kill Venu but accidentally gets an electric shock. He gets paralysed for life. JP seeks revenge. Sruthi falls for Venu. Anu goes back to her father's house and now, being unmarried, thinks over her relationship with Venu. She realises that she loves Venu. Venu, too, reveals among his friends that he loves Anu, but will never tell her. Sruthi overhears both Anu and Venu's feelings and decides to sacrifice her love for Venu. Her parents decide to get her married to Venu. Sruthi refuses to get married to Venu and tells them everything. Sruthi's mother gets angry and asks Anu to arrange her daughter's and Venu's wedding. Anu gets heartbroken but thinks that its better for everyone. Sruthi goes to Venu and tells him that Anu too loves him. Anu is kidnapped by JP and his goons.

Ajay (Nagarjuna Akkineni) is an adman (director and actor) who has a definite idea about how his future wife should be. He gets married to a village belle Kamakshi (Simran Bagga), handpicked by his mom from her native town Kovvuru. After marriage, Kamakshi meets with a hairline fracture. The entire family of Kamakshi lands up at Ajay's house to take care of Kamakshi. She has a beautiful and greedy sister called Lahari (Reema Sen). During that period Suma (Suman Ranganathan), the regular model of Ajay meets with a fracture and Lahari replaces her as the model opposite Ajay. During that moment, Lahari gets lured by the modeling profession and then falls in love with Ajay. But Ajay does not have any feelings for her. Kamakshi gets well and her family returns to their village. Lahari tells Kamakshi about her desire to marry Ajay. Kamakshi gets mad and returns home to her husband. Meanwhile, Lahari attempts suicide. Kamakshi, being very close to Lahari, promises Lahari that she will get her married to Ajay. Surya Murthy (Nag) is the head of a village where he is respected with a lot of reverence by the entire village except for the troubleshooting Nazar. Surya Murthy stays with his grandfather (Satyanarayana) and grandmother (Showkar Janaki) and a 6-year-old girl Rani. He has a younger look-alike brother Satya (Nag again) in Hyderabad completing his engineering in computer science. Satya has a non-Telugu-speaking girlfriend Sri (Shehnaz). Satya has a worrying factor now. His elder brother Surya Murthy has decided not to marry in his life. Hence, Satya starts looking for a suitable bride for his elder brother. There he meets Vasundhara (Soundarya) at a temple and decides that she is the right choice for his elder brother. He approaches Vasundhara and asks her hand for marrying his elder brother. Later on, Vasundhara happens to observe the heroism and goodness in Surya Murthy when he comes to Hyderabad to meet Satya. Later on Vasundhara comes to know that Surya Murthy and Satya are the younger brothers of the man who married his elder sister Yamuna. Yamuna tells Vasundhara that Surya Murthy played a villain role in their life and he was instrumental in her husband dying after prolonged boozing due the compounding problems. She also tells that after her husband's demise, Surya Murthy forcibly took away her daughter Rani. After coming to know about her elder sisters flashback, Vasundhara decides to take revenge by marrying Surya Murthy and then slowly destroy the entire family. She accepts the proposal of Satya to marry his brother Surya Murthy. Then they start doing a drama by making Vasundhara stay in the village of Satya and creating situations where Vasundhara saves Rani from the perils. After the repetitive requests from his family members and Rani, Surya Murthy marries Vasundhara. The first step of Vasundhara after marriage was to postpone the first night by 22 days by bribing the priest. Then she transfers the money and jewelry to his sister's house with the help of a petty thief. But that thief runs away without giving jewelry to her sister and gets caught by the police. Meantime, Satya realizes the intentions of his sister-in-law Vasundhara and explains her the flashback of Rani and tells her that it was Yamuna who was a characterless lady. By the time Vasundhara realizes the fault of her, the thief was presented in the house of Surya Murthy and was interrogated about who give him jewelry. To save his sister-in-law, Satya behaves in a strange manner and tells Surya Murthy that he wants his partnership in the property. He tells that he stolen the jewelry and want the thief to sell that off so that he can start his software business. With that incident, the brothers split. The rest of the film is about how the brothers get united and decimate the villain, gang.

Kalyan (Srikanth) spends his time dreaming of marriage. On a bus ride to Pattiseema (Godavari Zilla) to take up a promotion as a bank manager, he is involved in an accident loses his eyesight. Meghamala (Soundarya), living in the house opposite his, showers affection on him, giving him coffee, providing him with hot water, etc. But when he visits with his parents, to talk about marriage, she rejects him revealing the real reason behind her attachment to Kalyan, she tells him of her ill-fated love affair with Srinivas (Nagarjuna Akkineni) who died in same accident and his eyes are transplanted to Kalyan. Eager to send Kalyan on his way, Meghamala sends a letter to Kalyan's home on his name, accepting the latest girl Srilakshmi (Ravali) they picked for him and Kalyan returns home to find arrangements for his wedding in full swing, Meghamala also arrives to marriage but Kalyan's parents sends her away. Next day she sees Kalyan in the opposite house knowing that he cancelled the marriage, Ramesh married Srilakshmi. Finally, he says that "they live life long seeing to each other".
