Nusrat Jahan recently interviewed by Filmz24.com for this film, Video available in Video on YouTube. This film is a remake of the 1999 Malayalam film Udayapuram Sulthan, starring Dileep and Preetha Vijayakumar, which was later remade in 2012 in Telugu as Denikaina Ready, starring Vishnu Manchu and Hansika Motwani.
Synopsis
Aditya Choudhury (Tapas Paul) is a faction leader in Kurnool who raised his sister Saraswati (Laboni Sarkar) with love and affection to make her forget the loss of their mother. During the marriage time, she eloped with Mohsin Khan (Rajatava Dutta), whom she loved which led the death Aditya Choudhury's father. Thus enraged Aditya cuts the leg of Mohsin which created a rift between the two families. On a case to win the property belonging to Saraswati, Mohsin wins the case on Aditya Choudhury after a long gap of 25 years. Seeing the sorrow of Saraswati, her son Sulaiman (Ankush Hazra) vows to unite the two families and waits for a situation.Actors

In this story Krish (played by Dev) is the hero and Bhoomi (played by Subhashree Ganguly) is the leading heroine. Krish is the son of a rich man. Krish (has love interest in Megha (Nusrat Jahan). Megha also loves Krish a.k.a. Krishna. Their relationship goes fine until Megha meets Bhoomi (Subhashree Ganguly) and they become best friends. Bhoomi tells her best friend Megha about his rowdy and tough cousin who her family wants her to get married to but she does not want to marry. Megha gets worried about her friend and tells the problem to her boyfriend, Krish. Megha makes Bhoomi meet Krish and tells Krish to act as if Krish is Bhoomi's boyfriend and let Bhoomi's family know that Bhoomi is in a relationship with Krish. Krish does not agree at first but later agrees to help out Bhoomi. In the meantime, Bhoomi fall in love with Krish in reality. Krish also gets close to Bhoomi. Later, one day Krish gets to know that Megha and Bhoomi's fathers are step-brothers and they have a family rivalry between them from ages. Krish meets the two brother's father (Haradhan Bandopadhyay) and gets to know why they have the rivalry and also gets to know that grandfather wants them to be together again. The grandfather gives the responsibility to Krish to get the two families together again and if he is successful he will get Megha or Bhoomi- whoever he is in love with hand in marriage. Krish falls in a big problem as he is not interested in all this family rivalry. But later he decides to get the family together. In the meantime, Megha gets the wrong idea that Krish and Bhoomi is cheating her and Krish is in love with Bhoomi and not her. Due to the untimely death of Late Shri Haradhan Bandopadhay,the climax of the movie was changed which made it different from the original story of Brindavanam where Krish marries Bhoomi as Meera explained.

Through all this misunderstanding , Krish manages to get the family together again. Atlast, when the two brothers get together both offers Krish to marry their daughters.The two brothers (Rajatava Dutta and Tapas Paul) assures Krish that he will get the hand of whoever he wants to marry. But Krish gets totally confused between Bhoomi and Megha. He runs to the temple of the village and asks Lord Krishna- who only spoke to Krish and Krish could hear him. Krish asks Lord Krishna for help when Lord Krishna comes out of his idol and gives Krish his divine flute and tells him to just go on and that he was in the same state as he was in. He was also confused between Meera and Radha and he did not marry anyone. Krish takes the flute and he does not come back to Bhoomi or Megha and leaves the village forever.

“Prof. Ajoy Mukherjee” and his spouse “Aditi” witness a murder, committed by the vociferous criminal “Digbijay”. In spite of repeated warnings from “Digbijay” and his right hand “Loha” the Professors give witness against them and they go to jail for 7 years. After coming out Djgbibay turns out to be even stronger. He attacks Ajoy’s family. He sends a man called “Binod Sharma” who pretends to be the friend of Joy (Ajoy’s brother). Digbijay and Binod conspire against Joy and Ajoy. After sending his own man to rob Joy of two lack rupees, Binod compels Joy to do a murder. In the meantime Digbijay stabs Ajoy and Joy gets entangled for the murder of his brother. A local inspector Dilip Lahiri also turns out to be a peer of Digbijay. While Joy remains in police custody, Digbijay tactically rapes and murders Joy’s younger sister Dia. After all these incidents Joy’s sister-in-law Aditi commits suicide. Joy teams up with his friend Kanchan and Kumar to seek revenge killing Binod, Dilip, Loha and Digbijay one after the other. Joy and his friends are jailed for 5 years.

The film begins with Abir (Ankush Hazra), a young, energetic photojournalist working for the private newspaper Anandabazar Patrika (ABP), witnessing Naxalites robbing a local bank. He chases them and manages to click photos of the robbers. When he tries to escape, he is stopped by a young woman Naina (Srabanti Malakar) who assumes he is the culprit and helps the robbers to take his camera. However, Abir manages to secure the memory card of the camera. The cops catch him, and to prove that he is a press photographer he shows the photos to them. The cops identify everyone in the photos except the gang leader (whose face is covered by a mask). At his office, Abir again meets Nayana, who has newly joined as Article Editor. Payel (Sayani Ghosh) also works in his office and has feelings for Abir. However, Abir does not reciprocate her feelings and treats her only as a friend.
