The story of the movie is based on a love-triangle, lead protagonists being Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Manisha Koirala. Music of the film was composed by Ismail Darbar. The film was released in India on July 11, 2008. The film was shot in 2000, but got delayed and released in 2008, 8 years after it was shot.
Synopsis
The story follows rich businessman Shravan Dhariwal (Sanjay Dutt). Shravan has everything one can dream of having and what he doesn’t have, he buys it. One day, he meets Varsha (Manisha Koirala) and believes her to be his true love. He proposes to her, and she eventually agrees. The couple get engaged, and go on a small holiday. However, Varsha’s beautiful dream comes to a shocking end when Shravan tells her that his love for her was just a drama to get engaged so he could sleep with her. Heart broken and shattered, Varsha’s whole world collapses around her. She leaves the country and goes as far away as possible from Shravan Dhariwal to start a new life. Shravan goes back home, and says things didn't go well with Varsha.Actors

Deva (Ajay Devgan) est orphelin : son père, qui maltraitait sa mère, a été tué par son épouse. Celle-ci, jugée et condamnée, n’a pu supporter d’être séparée de son enfant et est décédée d’une crise cardiaque. L’officier de police Siddhant (Vinod Khanna) et son épouse Pushpa (Navni Parihar) ont alors adopté Deva et l’ont élevé aux côtés de leur propre fils Karan (Ronit Roy) qui déteste Deva. Contrairement à Siddhant, Deva désapprouve les lois et la justice qui lui ont arraché sa mère. Adultes, les deux frères prennent des chemins opposés : Karan fréquente des jeunes bandits tandis que Deva vit une douce romance avec Sharmili (Kajol). Un jour, Niranyan (Arif Khan), un des amis de Karan et fils du puissant gangster Shobhraj (Amrish Puri) est inculpé pour viol et meurtre. Shobhraj use de toute son influence auprès du politicien Om Gautam (Alok Nath) mais Siddhant refuse de libérer Nirayan. Un bras de fer entre Shobhraj et Siddhant commence. Bientôt, Siddhant surprend Karan, pistolet en main, aux côtés d’une jeune fille étendue morte. Sûr de la culpabilité de son fils, Siddhant le fait mettre en prison. LOC Kargil opens with a dramatic shot of an Indian soldier's wireless set chirping frantic commands from one of the army bases, calling a patrol to report in, while the radio operator lies dead in the snow. After frantic attempts from battalions to locate their lost patrols, the Indian Army HQ in Jammu and Kashmir decides to deploy more troops. They suffer a rude shock when company and even battalion-sized attacks are beaten back by the largely unknown enemy sitting on top of the steep and treacherous peaks surrounding Kargil, Mushkoh Valley, Drass, Batalik and the Kaksar sectors. After these terrible and surprising reverses, the decision is taken to go ahead with maximum mobilisation and move its best fighting units into the area of operations.

A mother gives birth to twins. The twins' father was an Indian Army officer who died in war. Two childhood friends grow up to be on the opposite sides of law, one an Additional Police Commissioner, Mahendra Ashwini Kumar, and the other a crime lord, Raj Pratap Singhal. An associate of Singhal kills the son of Mahendra, and his other son, Rajesh, also a police officer, swears to avenge the death. Mahendra's deceased son leaves behind a widow, Kaushalya and a daughter, Meghna. On a chance meeting, Meghna meets with Vicky Malhotra, and eventually both in love with each other. The Kumars are introduced to Vicky, and they approve of him. Mahendra is then promoted as the Commissioner of Police, and is subsequently killed by another associate of Singhal. With the police closing in on Singhal, he decides to re-locate to Dubai, U.A.E. with his wife, son, daughter-in-law Anu, and he arranges the abduction of Meghna to ensure his safety from Rajesh's wrath. It is then that Meghna comes to know that Vicky is really the other son of Singhal, and who now has started showing his true colors.
