Synopsis
Lui est le « Tyran du jeu » de Macao. Il met en avant un joueur masqué appelé le « Saint du jeu » pour le remplacer au casino. Pendant ce temps, Oncle Sam (Ng Man-tat) a perdu son gagne-pain depuis que le véritable « Saint du jeu » (Stephen Chow) a pris sa retraite, alors il part à la recherche d'un remplaçant. Il découvre « Dieu vous bénisse » (Eric Kot ), qui possède des pouvoirs extraordinaires, et le prend sous son aile. Ce nouveau joueur rencontre Ho (Chingmy Yau), la « Déesse du jeu » de Thaïlande, et apprend qu'elle a prévu de tuer Yuen et son frère cadet, Lung. Lui, sachant que « Dieu vous bénisse » est amoureux de Yuen, l'enlève afin qu'il soit trop déprimé pour bien jouer dans le tournoi qui s'annonce.Actors

Chi Man Kit est un jeune et prometteur employé d'une importante firme qui vient tout juste d'obtenir une promotion et de rencontrer la meilleure amie de sa collègue Banana, Lucy et file déjà le parfait amour avec cette dernière. In the year 2043, an evil crime lord (The General/M. Bison) is trying to take over the world. He was arrested and was sentenced to jail by the Judge. The General's minions, Kent (Ken), Thai King (Sagat), and Toyota (E. Honda) travel to the year 1993 to kill the Judge before he has a chance to get into office. The young Chor Lau-heung learns martial arts from Tuk-ku Kau-pai and has attained a high level of skill. His teacher sends him to Shaolin Monastery to attend a contest that is held once every ten years. On the journey, Chor meets Wu Tit-fa and Chung-yuen Yat-dim-hung. When Chor arrives at Shaolin, he fights with a Shaolin student called Mo-fa but neither of them is able to defeat each other. They decide to have a match again on another day. On the 25th Singapore National Day, the Daka Lama visits Singapore for an interview.
