Synopsis
Une agence a modifié génétiquement plusieurs enfants pour les doter d'habiletés uniques. Une nuit, des assassins débarquent pour mettre fin au programme et exterminer les enfants mais une fille douée de pouvoirs télékinétiques, Ja-yoon, s’échappe et trouve refuge dans une famille qui l'élève. Dix ans plus tard, elle ne se rappelle plus rien de son passé et participe à un concours national de chant où elle dévoile accidentellement ses pouvoirs. Elle est ainsi repérée par ses poursuivants tenaces qui la traquent depuis tout ce temps et se retrouvent prise en chasse par certains de ses semblables possédant des dons.Actors

En 1925, alors que la Corée est sous domination japonaise, Cheon Man-duk, un ancien chasseur respecté, vit avec son fils adolescent, Seok, dans une hutte près du mont Jiri. Après avoir malencontreusement tué sa femme dans un tragique accident, il a renoncé à la chasse et est devenu un humble ramasseur d’herbes dans ces montagnes qu'il connaît par cœur. Le gouverneur-général japonais de l'époque réunit petit à petit toutes les peaux de tigre existantes et devient rapidement obsédé par la possibilité de tuer le dernier tigre restant de Corée, un énorme mâle borgne vivant dans la montagne et ayant déjà tué de nombreux chasseurs. Surnommé localement le « Seigneur de la montagne », les habitants craignent que sa disparition ne ramène des loups et des sangliers. Un groupe de chasseurs coréens, mené par l'impitoyable chef Gu-kyeong, tente de tuer le tigre pour gagner de l'argent, notamment en tuant sa femelle et deux petits tigreaux et en utilisant leurs cadavres comme appâts.

Undercover police officer Ja-sung (Lee Jung-jae) infiltrates Goldmoon, the biggest crime syndicate in Korea, to investigate them under the command of his handler Chief Kang (Choi Min-sik). After eight years, Ja-sung becomes the right-hand man to the ring's second-in-command Jung Chung (Hwang Jung-min), who holds the real power. Park Man-soo is an ordinary salaryman who lives his life according to a strict set of rules, and this lack of flexibility makes him hard to like at home and at the office. One day, his wife asks for a divorce because she's bored with their life, and he is fired because his corrupt boss hates him. So on his way home, the frustrated and outraged Man-soo tries to set himself free by breaking all the rules that have restricted him his entire life by deviating from them, just for one day. He swears at passers-by, kicks signboards and pees on the street, and he is soon placed under arrest by Ma Dong-chul, a demoted but zealous cop. Officer Ma takes him to the police station to teach him a lesson, where Man-soo meets Yang Chul-gon, a career criminal with 15 previous convictions, who finds it more comfortable to be behind bars. Chul-gon incites the desperate and timid Man-soo to escape the police station with him, and through a series of mishaps, they happen to steal a gun and police car, with which they also try their hand at punishing "law dodgers" themselves. With Officer Ma in hot pursuit, Man-soo and Chul-gon find themselves branded as antisocial vigilantes, and the ₩50,000 fine for Man-soo's original misdemeanor has now turned into a potential life sentence. Thus, the unlikely pair spend a wild night together in Seoul.

Having never met his father, Ne-mo resolves to marry a single mother when he is older. Following the suicide of his mother, Ne-mo becomes acquainted with Bu-ja, who opens a comic shop in his town. Bu-ja is also a single mother with a young son of her own, and Ne-mo instantly falls in love with her. Despite their age difference he proposes to her in a movie theater, but a fire breaks out and Ne-mo is killed saving Bu-ja's son.
