Reza Fazeli (1935, Tehran - 2009, California), Iranian actor, film director and leading opposition figure.
After a period of one year in the Imperial Iranian Air Force he left the country in 1953. In the following years he was in the area of the Persian Gulf as well as in Lebanon and Egypt and finally passed eight years in France, Germany, Great Britain and the United States of America. After years of education and work he returned to Persia. Reza Fazeli made a career as an actor and film director in Iranian cinema and in international productions.
After the Islamic Revolution he left Iran and founded "KVC", a company where he produced political documentaries against the new government in Iran.
From 2002 through 2005 he worked in AZADI TV ("Freedom TV"), a political broadcasting service based in the United States and working against the clerical government in Iran. Later, he continued his political activities in another Persian TV channel, Pars TV.

Piero Lulli et sa fille sont prospecteurs et finissent par trouver un filon dans une mine d’or. L’ennui, c’est qu’ils trouvent aussi des problèmes… La bande de Chato est bien décidée à rafler la mine à son profit. Dans une fusillade, Piero est blessé et reste bloqué par des gravats qui lui sont tombés dessus. Il conseille à sa fille de le laisser là, mais elle insiste pour aller chercher de l’aide. Elle se rend donc à l’aveuglette dans le désert et arrive dans une église abandonnée où elle convainc après bien des efforts Joe Collins, 3 mexicains et un curé étrange de l’accompagner à la mine en leur promettant qu’ils pourront se payer sur l’or qu’elle et son père avaient amassé…

When forced to divorce his wife by family and social pressure because her mother is a prostitute, Nazar (Khodaparast) works double shifts to pay back the loan he took out for his impulsive wedding and to pay some ongoing restitution to his sweet jilted bride, Reyhaneh (Kosari). When he falls behind in the payments he flees the police and ends up in the desert with an uncommunicative old man (Gharibian) who catches poisonous snakes for their venom. These two are forced to coexist in the desert, because Nazar is unwilling to return to the city and wants to catch snakes to make enough money to settle his debts. His verbose, chattering annoys the reticent old man until Nazar's life is endangered.
