Sarah Padden (October 16, 1881 – December 4, 1967) was an American theatre and film character actress. She performed on stage in the early 20th century. She is noted for her expressive voice and for her psychological studies of the characters she portrayed. Her finest single-act performance was in The Clod, a stage production in which she played an uneducated woman who lived on a farm during the American Civil War.

Biography

Éduquée aux États-Unis, Sarah Padden y fait carrière et apparaît au cinéma dans cent-quarante-cinq films américains (comme second rôle de caractère ou dans des petits rôles non crédités), dont six muets, entre 1926 et 1958.
