Shelby Chong (née Fiddis) (born February 1, 1948) is an American comedian, motion picture producer and actress. She was the executive producer of 2003's Best Buds (2003). She was the associate producer of four Cheech and Chong films.

Biography

In 1975 in Los Angeles, Fiddis married Canadian actor and comedian Tommy Chong, becoming his second wife. They adopted Marcus Wyatt (b. 1967) in 1978. They have three children together: Paris (b. 1974), Gilbran (b. 1981), and Precious Chong. Tommy Chong also has two daughters from his first marriage.

Marcus took the surname of his adoptive parents and siblings when he turned eighteen. He and three of his sisters have each pursued acting careers, and his two brothers have acted in occasional family movie productions.

L.A. Detective Sam Dietz (Leo Rossi), struggling to emotionally survive his previous big case (from in the first Relentless film) is unwillingly paired with a shady FBI agent Kyle Valsone (Ray Sharkey), during a case tracking another serial killer (Miles O'Keefe), who kills seemingly at random. By the year 2176, a magnetic storm has degaussed all recorded history, causing such valuable documents as the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence to be lost. Cheech & Chong's The Corsican Brothers opens with a rock band called Los Guys (whose two lead members are played by Cheech and Chong) performing with their band in the streets throughout parts of France. Disliking their brand of music, the locals pay off the band to vacate and shortly after the two lead band members meet a gypsy storyteller. She tells them the story of the Corsican brothers who attempt to overthrow a cruel member of a monarchy. After the story, they continue to play in the streets and give an epic final performance in a spot where their music seems to be much more accepted as no one tries to pay them to vacate.

Cheech & Chong are on a mission to siphon gasoline for their next door neighbor's car, which they apparently "borrowed," and continue with their day; Cheech goes to work at a movie studio and Chong searches for something to smoke (a roach), followed by him revving up an indoor motorcycle and playing extremely loud rock music with an electric guitar that disturbs the entire neighborhood. Cheech gets fired from his job and they go to see Donna, a welfare officer and Cheech's girlfriend. Cheech successfully seduces Donna, under her objections, and gets her in trouble with her boss. The doped-up duo are expelled from the building and, in an attempt to find alternative means of income start writing songs like, "Mexican Americans" and "Beaners.
