Aashiq Hoon Baharon Ka ('I am lover of spring season') is a 1977 Indian Bollywood romance film drama directed by J. Om Prakash.
Synopsis
Ashok successfully completes his studies and becomes a M.Sc graduate. His mother wants him to pursue his higher studies in Switzerland but Ashok hesitates as more money is required. But his moher convinces him and sends him to Swiss. Ashok stays in the place arranged by the friend of his principal who owns a hotel and also a step-father of a spoilt Vikram who hates Ashok. He meets Veera an arrogant girl who tries to steal his car while on his way to car race. Ashok wins a car race and sends the money which he won in the race to his mother. Veera's father meets Ashok and proposes a business deal with him in atomic science field. Ashok accepts the deal as he requires Uranium to continue his research. Veera and Ashok fall in love which is disliked by Vikram as he wants to marry her and grab all her property. Hence he frames a Uranium theft crime with the help of Ashok's assistant. Ashok is jailed by Veeras father and Veera also believes her father. But Ashok proves his innocence by making Vikram accept his acts by himself. Veera pleads guilty for her acts and apologies to Ashok. Veera's father accepts their love on a condition that he should stay in Swiss forever to which Ashok refuses and Veera also supports Ashok. Vikram kidnaps Veera and demands huge sum of money from her father for her release. Veera's father unwillingly seeks Ashok's help to bring back Veera. Ashok fights with Vikram and rescues Veera and both unite finally.Actors

On a foggy night, Chandrashekhar (Navin Nischol), who is driving his car at high speed, meets with an accident. He walks to a nearby house to ask for assistance. When nobody answers the door, he enters the house and finds the dead body of a wheelchair-bound man. Standing nearby is a beautiful, young woman, Rani (Zeenat Aman), with a gun. She tells him that the dead man is her husband and she has murdered him. She asks Chandrashekhar to call the police. Intrigued, Chandrashekhar asks Rani to tell her what happened. She tells him that her husband, Thakur Ranjit Singh (Danny Denzongpa), was a cruel man who used to mistreat his family and used to shoot cats and dogs with his gun for amusement (which is why nobody in the house woke up upon hearing the gunshot). On this night, before Chandrashekhar arrived, they had an argument and when her husband threatened to shoot her, she tried to take the gun away from him. In the ensuing struggle, Ranjit got shot.

Kishan (Rajesh Khanna) is the spoilt son of a rich businessman. He is a medical student, for whom the life is all about playing pranks and troubling people around. Finally he is taught a lesson in humility by fellow student, Madhu (Hema Malini). He undergoes a dramatic change in outlook and falls in love with her. But his joy is short-lived as Kapilkumar (Danny Denzongpa) kills Madhu as she is the only witness to a murder. On the deathbead, Kishan promises Madhu that he would kill whoever is responsible for the death. Kishan is devastated and carries on a man hunt for KapilKumar. He finally recognizes Kapil in a train and in the ensuing scuffle, Kapil pushes Kishan off the running train. When Kishan regains consciousness, he is amazed to see Madhu (Hema Malini). On following her, he realizes that he is the twin sister of Madhu, Chanchal. He then starts practising medicine in their small village as this was what Madhu wanted to do. With time, Both are drawn towards each other until one day Kapil is in front of them once again. What Kishan does not know is that Kapil is his elder brother who was separated when they were young.

A woman named Asha lives in a hostel where she gets tortured by nightmares. Later on she goes to Dr. Vijay (her lover) for treatment. She leaves the hostel after she realises that neither the hostel authorities nor her friends from hostel are happy due to her behaviour. Her dreams are of her insane aunt who tries to strangle her. Her aunt killed her mother years ago in their ancestral mansion. After understanding her case, Dr. Vijay decides to take her far away from the city to her ancestral mansion, where she spent her childhood. Shobha, a close friend of Asha, also decides to accompany Asha to the mansion. In the big old mansion, Asha witnesses lots of things which make her more scared. Vijay does not agree with her. Later Ashok, a cousin of Asha, comes to India to meet her. Later, on the eve of Asha's birthday, Ashok's wife gets murdered.
