Amber Chia (Chinese: 谢丽萍, pinyin: Xiè Lìpíng; born 14 December 1981) is a Malaysian model, actress, TV host and brand ambassador. She was born in Teluk Anson, Malaysia, but grew up in the city of Tawau, in Sabah, East Malaysia. She began her modelling career at seventeen in Kuala Lumpur.
Winner of the Guess Watches Timeless Beauty International Model Search 2004 title, Amber Chia became the world's first Asian model to triumph at global model searches; and the first Asian model to campaign for Guess Watches worldwide. Her continued rise to modelling excellence was further substantiated when renowned designer Victoria Beckham personally selected her to present the Victoria Beckham Autumn/Winter 2009 Ready to Wear Collection during the glamourous New York Fashion Week.
With an illustrious career spanning over 15 years as a model, actress and brand ambassador, Amber has further highlighted her prominent mantle by evolving into a successful entrepreneur through Amber Chia Academy - her very own modelling and beauty school, which was opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2010.

In a small town located in Klang, a rogue named Te Sai (Namewee) steals a ring during a gangster's memorial ceremony, not knowing that it is haunted. The ring hosts the ghosts of three former gang leaders who begin to haunt Te Sai as he is carrying their ring. Te Sai soon finds out that the trio were killed by a traitor whose personal agenda threatens the very foundation of unity between the three gangs. Guided by the ghosts, Te Sai must now do what he can to unify the gangs and avoid a tragedy that may result in the deaths of many innocents.

Amber (Malay name Nurlin) and Lisu are two sisters from China, who have come to Malaysia to further their modelling and singing careers. One day Lisu goes missing, while Amber falls into a coma and is taken back to China for treatment. She awakens five months later with no memory of her past, and returns to Malaysia with her boyfriend, Dino. Amber decides to resume her modelling career and search for Lisu, but finds herself being harassed by an obsessive male fan and haunted by visions of her sister.
