Micah Balfour (born 18 July 1978) is an English actor, most notable for portraying PC Benjamin Gayle in the ITV police drama 'The Bill' from 2007 to the show's end in 2010. He arrived on the screen on 27 September 2007 on the episode 'Media Frenzy'. Benjamin replaced PC Leela Kapoor, who left Sun Hill the day before. In the show his only love interest was PC Sally Armstrong, played by Ali Bastian, who left the show in December 2009. Before his regular role as PC Benjamin Gayle, Micah appeared in 'The Bill' in early 2006 as the guest star villain Asher Cambell in five episodes, and they decided to have him back in the series as a uniformed PC. Before The Bill Micah worked in: 'Absolute Beginners' at 'The Lyric Hammersmith' (3 May 2007 – 26 May 2007) as Mr Cool, 'The Royal Hunt Of The Sun' at 'The National Theatre' - Olivier Theatre (12 Apr 2006 – 13 May 2006) as Manco, 'Market Boy' at 'The National Theatre' - Olivier Theatre (6 Jun 2006 – 22 Aug 2006) as Colonel Blood/Flypitcher, and in 'The Time of Your Life' as Boris.

The film narrates the last two years of the princess' life, beginning with events when Diana (Naomi Watts) divorces Charles, Prince of Wales. She falls in love with Pakistani Heart Surgeon, Dr. Hasnat Khan (Naveen Andrews). The film depicts her historic tours of Angola, in her campaign against the use of land mines. Trips to causes in Australia, Pakistan, New York, Bosnia, Italy and ultimately Paris, France are also shown, with recreations of the fashions she wore in real life. Her desire for a life with Khan ends due to his wish for a private life and objections to her celebrity. The film depicts her dating of Egyptian Dodi Fayed as an attempt to make Khan jealous, but it ends with the car crash that killed Diana, Fayed and Fayed's driver at Pont Alma Tunnel, in Paris, France - however there is no reconstruction of the crash scene.

The comedy follows Sam, as her life is turned upside down on a big night out. When reunited with her old college friends, Sam is forced to re-evaluate her life and constructs an elaborate façade in order to convince herself and her friends that she has it all.
