Synopsis
Yazgi (Destin), inspiré de "L'Étranger" d'Albert Camus, montre un personnage, Musa, qui paraît exilé du monde, indifférent à tout, à commencer par son propre sort. Fonctionnaire aux douanes, il constate avec indifférence, voire soulagement, la mort de sa mère, avec laquelle il vivait ; il se marie sans plus de sentiment avec une collègue dépitée de n'être rien de plus que la maîtresse de leur chef de bureau. Lorsque ce dernier assassine sa femme et ses enfants, et se débrouille pour faire accuser Musa, présent auprès d'eux ce jour-là, il accepte la responsabilité du meurtre, bien qu'il ne l'ait pas commis.Actors

Uğur (Vildan Atasever) is a bar singer who is in love with a somewhat unstable criminal, Zagor (Ozan Bilen). Her father is seriously ill and her young mother is emotionally distant. Bekir (Ufuk Bayraktar) is a young man who runs his father's business. He becomes infatuated with Uğur after she visits his shop one day. After a series of violent incidents and mishaps occur in Istanbul, both Uğur and Zagor disappear. After Zagor is landed in prison some time afterward, Uğur reappears and asks Bekir to help her. Meanwhile Zagor is transferred to a prison in Sinop. Uğur tries to trace Zagor who has escaped from prison as Bekir tries to trace Uğur.

Two soldiers return home from their military service in southeastern Turkey with disabilities. Cevher (nicknamed "the Ghost") has lost his hearing while Rıdvan (nicknamed "the Devil") has lost a leg. Reggie Dunlop (Paul Newman) is the aging player-coach of the Charlestown Chiefs hockey team in the fictional Federal League. A perennial loser for years, the team's manager Joe McGrath (Strother Martin) has resorted to extreme cost-cutting techniques and embarrassing promotional antics to keep local interest alive. Dunlop, while not particularly talented as either a player or coach, is a skilled con man, and regularly manipulates the team to his own advantage. During a hopeless season, the Chiefs pick up the Hanson Brothers, bespectacled violent goons with childlike mentalities, complete with toys in their luggage. Horrified at being given players who seem stupid, immature, and unreliable, Dunlop initially chooses not to play them.
