Synopsis
A group of three psychopaths on the run from the law kill a man and flee into the countryside. They descend on an isolated farm which is home to a young girl named Lisa (Leslie Lee) and her paralyzed grandfather. After suffering much humiliation at the hands of the gang, Lisa takes a ghastly, murderous revenge.Comments

Alex (David Hess) is a darkly sinister thug driving around New York City at night when he spots a young woman (Karoline Mardeck) driving alongside him. He follows the woman to a nearby park where he cuts her off, gets out of his car, and runs into hers where he throws her into the back seat and proceeds to savagely rape her before strangling her to death. The film follows the story of Jennifer Hills (Butler), continuing the story of the first story and not the second; this is the true sequel. After Jennifer survived her assault and exacted revenge on the men that hurt her, she has returned to city life, completely scarred from the whole ordeal. She's no longer an aspiring writer and now devotes herself between working as an assault hotline operator, going to group counselling, and getting personal therapy for her ordeal, under the assumed name, Angela. Because of her mental/emotional scars, she has become highly aggressive and defensive around her environment; she doesn't trust men and presume all simply wants to have her, including the good ones. However, she began developing a bond with one of the girls in the group, Marla, and two began their own personal crusade, by exacting justice for the victims they know. However, just as Jennifer began to enjoy life, Marla died. Distraught and enraged how the law couldn't exact justice for Marla nor the rape victims in her support group, she decided to get revenge for them. One-by-one, Jennifer stalked and lured the scot-free rapists to a private place to torture and kill them. However, her actions began to draw attention from the cops as they suspect she's behind recent murders; she was never caught. Despite the police keeping an eye on her, she managed to evade detection, but she has become further disillusioned with society and enraged there's no justice for wrongdoers. Jennifer was ultimately stopped after she lost her sanity to hurt another man and the police stopped her in the act. Despite being sent to jail and continuing her psychotherapy, Jennifer has become a highly violent and cynical person, unwilling to stop exacting her murderous rage upon those who earned her wrath.

At a run-down gas station in the middle of the desert, an old man, Fred (John Steadman), is packing his truck when a ragged and somewhat feral teenage girl named Ruby (Janus Blythe) approaches him. She offers to trade what she has in her bag for food, but the old man refuses. They walk into a small cabin, and Fred scolds her for what "they" have done. Ruby says that her family ambushed a nearby airfield because they were hungry and no one passes by their home anymore. She pleads with Fred to take her with him, but he refuses and warns Ruby that she could be in danger if "the pack", in particular someone named Jupiter, learns what she is doing. She replies that his life will be in danger as well if Jupiter finds out that he is trying to leave. A noise distracts them, and Ruby hides.

A man dressed in black drives through Los Angeles, and flashes back to a girl dying in a car accident. The man arrives at an apartment complex, and kills a female tenant (who recognizes him) with a drill. Afterward, the man dons a ski mask, and murders two other women, the first with a hammer, and the second with a screwdriver. The police are called, and they interview the people who found the bodies, as well as Vance Kingsley, the owner of the building. The next night, the killer strikes again, breaking into the apartment of a woman who is masturbating in her bathtub, and shooting her in the stomach and head with a nail gun. The murderer then abducts Laurie Ballard, a fifteen-year-old who lives in the above apartment with her family.

The plot begins with the long-time friendship of three women, Abbey (Nancy Hendrickson), Jackie (Deborah Luce), and Trina (Tiana Pierce), who reunite every year to take a camping trip. Once while setting up their vacation in the woods, they find their trip turns into their worst nightmare when they are captured by a group of two partially insane punk/"hillbilly" hybrids: Ike (Holden McGuire) and Addley (Billy Ray McQuade). The punks lead a comfortable life, living along with their mentally abnormal mother (Rose Ross) in an occult hovel situated amidst the wood. All through the movie, their mother goads her sons into acts of rape, violence, and murder. Eventually one of the women is severely brutalized by Ike and Addley, and the remaining two escape before the first dies from her sustained injuries. They soon regroup, arm themselves, and set out for bloody revenge against Ike, Addley, and Mother. After the girls take their revenge at the end of the film, as they are about to leave the woods they are attacked by the mother's deformed sister, Queenie.

Christine, who is about to marry Steven, decides to hold her bachelorette party in Las Vegas with her friends Olivia, Claire, and Barbara. On their way home from a football game, five high school girls get lost in an area known as "the eyes". An ensuing accident with a parked SUV in a store parking lot causes the students to panic and flee the scene. A vehicle with one headlight starts to follow them until the driver traps them on a deserted road. The driver thinking that they wrecked her marriage forces the five girls from their vehicle, forces them to strip and urinate on their clothing at gunpoint. After letting them go the driver continues to pursue them throughout the film and performs several violent and sexual acts on them. The girls also discover that in the back of the driver's truck there are dead bodies. They get their revenge however, when they stab the driver multiple times with a screwdriver and light her corpse on fire. They eventually return to the store to find that the driver killed everyone in the store and drove off. The movie ends with the girls drive off into the night, one of them puking and then another girl who is driving tells her not to mess up her mother's car.

Mari Collingwood plans to attend a concert with her friend, Phyllis Stone, for her 17th birthday. Her parents, Estelle and John, express concern at the band and at Mari's friendship with Phyllis, but let her go and give her a peace symbol necklace. Phyllis and Mari go to the city for the concert. On the way, they hear a news report on the car radio of a recent prison escape, involving criminals Krug Stillo, a rapist and serial killer; his son Junior; Sadie, a promiscuous psychopath and sadist; and Fred "Weasel" Podowski, a child molester, peeping tom, and murderer. Before the concert, Mari and Phyllis encounter Junior when trying to buy marijuana. He leads them to an apartment where they are trapped by the criminals. Phyllis tries to escape, then reason with the criminals, but she fails and is gang-raped by Krug, Weasel and Sadie. Meanwhile, Mari's unsuspecting parents prepare a surprise party for her.
