Synopsis
A raid, led by Ethan Carter is carried out by ATF agents against a militia group, the Brotherhood of Liberty. Their leader, William Fain, is captured and his family is mistakenly killed in the raid. Seven years later, other persons from the same militia group break into a chemicals corporation called Cyberdyne Systems and steal anthrax. Their plan is to use this anthrax to engineer a full-blown attack against the US government. Ethan must now use the imprisoned William to infiltrate the Brotherhood of Liberty and stop the attack against the government.Actors

In the heart of Siberia, Dr. Maurice Hunter, a famous amateur archeologist, his daughter Nadia, and their group of guides are taking part in an expedition to locate a fabled death ray created by inventor Nikola Tesla. The team eventually finds the death ray hidden in a mountain cave. The guides are being paid to kill the Hunters and steal the death ray. The movie takes place in the present day, when a policeman obtains one of the halves, and gives it to his brother to figure out. The policeman is then captured by a mobster who was looking for the treasure, who then forces him to come to the island to help him find it. Meanwhile, his brother hires a small plane (with a female pilot and two incidental passengers) to take him to the island, but a storm ends up stranding everyone. The two groups are forced to survive in the jungle while also clashing with each other.

In Drake Industries Research Lab in Kauai, Hawaii, two creatures, Supergator & Dinocroc, are being studied. However, Supergator breaks free from the lab and eats two scientists before escaping into the water. Dinocroc also breaks free by breaking the wall and crushing another scientist. It also eats two scientists and goes into the trees. Jason Drake (David Carradine) calls an elite army group to kill the creatures, but they are killed by Dinocroc. Drake then calls in Fish & Game hunter Bob Logan (Rib Hillis) who is also known as "The Cajun" to kill the two creatures. While spying on Drake's lab, Paul Beaumont (Corey Landis) meets a cop, Cassidy Swanson (Rasimas). While Drake has his private party, he meets up with a girl named Victoria Chase. Drake tells her to be with The Cajun. The Cajun meets with Victoria and they both go on a boat and down the river. Paul & Cassidy observe the huge mushrooms. As they hear Kimberly Taft asking for help, they help her in the jeep with the Dinocroc chasing after them. It's up to Paul, Cassidy, and "The Cajun" to kill the creatures before it's too late. Cassidy and her father attempt to shoot at Supergator. Cassidy's father, Charlie, shoots the Supergator's eye, presumably blinding it, and is devoured. As Supergator eats Charlie, Cassidy gets in the car and drives off. The Supergator then chases her all the way to the mill. As Supergator reaches the end of the tunnel, Bob & Paul blow it up with a C-4 so Supergator & Dinocroc can't escape. The two reptiles engage in battle, in which Dinocroc wins after knocking Supergator on its soft underbelly and attacks it. Paul then throws a bomb for the explosion. After Dinocroc kills Supergator, it spots Paul and walks towards him as Paul hides in a trough filled with water, protecting himself from the explosives. The bomb explodes, knocking back and killing Dinocroc. Paul is assumed to be killed as well, but he survives the attack and before he and Cassidy leave, the camera then turns to Dinocroc and Supergator, which are both dead as one is burning and another is bleeding. As Paul and Cassidy walk away, in the mill are babies, of either Dinocroc or Supergator.

The film opens at a jewelry shop in Chinatown, which contains a statue with one glowing red eye. Three masked figures kill the store’s owner, then try to pry the eye free. The police arrive, and after a bloody fight, all of the intruders and all but one of the policemen are dead, with the lone survivor being seriously wounded.
